We discovered the Menestrel some 10 (or more) years ago. We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)... The personal is always very helpful and very kind in order to make the stay as fine as possible. Everything is perfect at our eyes...

This hotel is excellent, very friendly, close to the village with a great parkinplace away from the street. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days very much and would like to come back a other time. We recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location at the top of the street that runs through the town. You are not in the big crowds of holidaymakers. Restaurant is very good. Staff is rather French in approach but welcoming.

The perfect, quiet SPA boutique hotel Nice and quiet hotel. So inviting with the terrasse and spa area available to guests. Perfect after a long day of hiking the mountains.

This was our second stay. The location is excellent. It is in the midst of one of the most beautiful wine villages in France. It affords you the chance to hike to three nearby chateaus (ruins). It is very quiet and peaceful. Great food all around, and great wine, too.

Nice hotel in a historic building with totally modernised and well decorated rooms. The food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Regional products and dishes as well as a wine list with different local wines at reasonable prices made our stay very pleasant.

This is a fantastic property. We arrived around 19:00 but were able to make dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant for 20:00. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!!

Perfect enormous room, stunning home, warm and welcoming hosts, gorgeous gardens, wonderful dinner, brilliant night's sleep in fabulous linen sheets, fully-equipped Pilates room for my morning wake-up and a pool I sadly didn't use due to rain. I think I've really used my range of adjectives and even that doesn't fully reflect how amazing this stay was!

Just spent two nights. Had a room with a view of the fountain. All the necessary amenities and comfortable beds. Shower was huge and plenty of hot water! The restaurant was Incredible! One of the best, if not the best restaurant in our 16 days of traveling throughout France. Close walk to incredible artesian pastry shop. The central area of shops is an extremely close walk. Best cheese shops...

The hotel is 10 mins from the Colmar, The room was bigger than the normal hotel room in France, The breakfast was normal, Overall, we were happy with our stay,

Perfect hotel for overnight travel

It's in an interesting location as it's next to the local aerodrome and also the Statue of liberty is just a few mins walk. The service was friendly in the bar area and the breakfast was of a high standard with a good selection

Nice hotel Very nice budget hotel if you plan to stay 1-2 days in the Colmar city. Not far away from the city centre, less than 10 mins drive. If you plan to visit the wine factory close by, the location is also goods.

We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Breakfast is ok, but there aren't as many options as there...

A nice stop by hotel. The welcome area was rather nice as we were able to sit back and enjoy the football on arrival. The room had a bathtub which was divine after a long drive. Overall it was rather good.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were quiet. The motion sensor in the toilet meant we didn't have to leave a night on all night which was brilliant. The restaurant was good. The sports bar was a bit bright and loud but totally understand that it has to cater to locals. Service at lunch was a bit slow in the spa restaurant. The only problem was pretty basic controls for the aircon which didn't...

To be true, I think that Baden Baden or Evian Les Bains were better casinos just because the infrastructure was a bit more to my taste. It was a decent experience over all. I enjoyed the Blackjack dealer Sacha.

Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.

this hotel is right on the main historic road. the rooms are a bit small and. weird. my third floor room had a slanted ceiling including over the tub, and i bumped my head quite a few times. also there was a post right in front of an entrant to the room. some of the staff were wonderful: catalina, muhammad, elizabeth, smiling blond lady with glasses. breakfast was ample and good with gourmet loose...

Great location and spa Great location and spa, but small rooms The hotel is in a great location close to a large parking area and offers a nice spa - with sauna and pool. However, the rooms are quite small, But who is staying in the room in a town like Ribeauvillé - so overall value for money.

Room was nice and roomy, didn't have the opportunity to use the Spa but it looked good when I went to take a look. Breakfast is average and no parking are two minuses.
