To be true, I think that Baden Baden or Evian Les Bains were better casinos just because the infrastructure was a bit more to my taste. It was a decent experience over all. I enjoyed the Blackjack dealer Sacha.

The hotel is in a great location at the top of the street that runs through the town. You are not in the big crowds of holidaymakers. Restaurant is very good. Staff is rather French in approach but welcoming.

The perfect, quiet SPA boutique hotel Nice and quiet hotel. So inviting with the terrasse and spa area available to guests. Perfect after a long day of hiking the mountains.

This was our second stay. The location is excellent. It is in the midst of one of the most beautiful wine villages in France. It affords you the chance to hike to three nearby chateaus (ruins). It is very quiet and peaceful. Great food all around, and great wine, too.

We discovered the Menestrel some 10 (or more) years ago. We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)... Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.

It's in an interesting location as it's next to the local aerodrome and also the Statue of liberty is just a few mins walk. The service was friendly in the bar area and the breakfast was of a high standard with a good selection

Nice hotel Very nice budget hotel if you plan to stay 1-2 days in the Colmar city. Not far away from the city centre, less than 10 mins drive. If you plan to visit the wine factory close by, the location is also goods.

We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Hotel has just been renovated. The location is good albeit on the outskirts of the town but this isn’t a problem. The main issue for me was the lack of temperature control and the extremely uncomfortable bedding. I barely slept for 3 nights we were there. The pillows may as well not be pillows. We had originally intended to stay at the Mercure Colmar last Christmas. Due to a family emergency we had to change our plans and stayed at the hotel in September. It has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new....

The room was nice, with a balcony and furniture. I arrived on a Sunday, so almost all shops were closed except for a few restaurants. There were quite a few tourists at the attractions, and the open restaurants had long queues. The hotel's parking lot was quite spacious.

I struggle with how to rate this hotel. It was in a pretty good location with a nice balcony on a generally quiet street. Note that when it says open concept bathroom that means that there's is no privacy for showering. My shower was ice cold while my daughter's was scalding. We didn't eat breakfast here so I can't speak on that but I do feel like the value for a mother/daughter trip just wasn't there...

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. We have spent 3 days in this hotel with our two kids. The staff is vert pleasant, infrastructure is good quality. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance rrom city center and right in front of the lake. Swming pool is great for the kids. Spa is very small but massages are very good quality. We will come back next year without hesitation!

Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, trying to get a drink from the bar was very hard work, asked staff and were told there was a private function and the bar was closed, asked at reception who got a manager and apologised and said it is open, every time we wanted a drink over a 2 day stay we seemed to get ignored by the staff where other people were getting served.

We spent a couple days and New Year's Eve dinner at the Manoir au Lac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant, on New Year's Eve was amazing. Breakfast was also great, with an amazing view over the lake. It's all within 10 minutes walk from the center of town where shopping and restaurants all are. We stayed the weekend of March 7th and 8th, 2026. The welcome was as warm as ever. Our room with a balcony overlooking the lake was very quiet, bright, and very clean. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Gerardmer to use as a base for touring the Vosges, then look no further. The hotel has excellent views over the lake and it is a 30 minute walk into the town. Lovely rooms, with an excellent shower. We had one of the newer rooms over the pool and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
