Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Parking on site is a bonus. Think we paid 15 euros. It was a good location. Very clean hotel, and good price. Room was small but we were only there for a night and it was perfect for us.

Great hotel for our family - friendly and caring staff, welcoming and fun lobby with games and ping pong, and great room for our family.

We didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive.
The rooms were small but adequate for a short break.
All staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English.
The position of the hotel is fantastic with a tram stop right outside the front and lots of places to get food or drinks just a 10 minute walk to the train station.
Ask for a room at the back as the front can be noisy early in the morning.

Close to tram so very convenient.
Rooms are small but manageable. We asked for an alternative as queen bed was against the wall on one side. Hotel staff were very accommodating in providing an alternative room.

Clean modern hotel, close to metro station
Nice hotel at a good price, it is clean and modern. It has a small workout area. Convenient location close to the bus and train stations, but it isn't in the safest parts of the city. The tram station is close by to take short ride into city center. The staff here were super friendly!

Finally a restaurant affordable in Bordeaux. Excellent on all points : Entry flat dessert coffee wine for€ 14 ! Quality products, friendly staff but non-sticky, free private parking, served by the tram, in short, extra super address. Thank you !

Very poor reception did not listen to the orders of the customers made repeat not graceful of the whole order in half provided no touilleur in diabolo etc.... Will not do it again.... While working side....

Hotel long-term foreign control of papers. Problem of drug trafficking and person who assaults people in the hallway. Avoid to the maximum. Despite a good reception from the waitress we regret the mentality of "tenant" rooms paid for by the FCA. Good luck to all

The creative cuisine of a very high level at an incredible price.

Only downside, a wine list as so often in Bordeaux is not the height of the kitchen.
