Had a great time at the Mercure centre ville and stayed for 3 nights. Exceptional service from the reception and cleaning staff. My girl left her stuff on her side of the bed during the day and staff left her stuff untouched which was great and they left her side of the bed unmade but they still made the effort to make my side of the bed. Amazing attention to detail. Thanks to everyone.

Room is spacious, good for a night stay. There’s no official drop of area, but you can temporary stop car by roadside for few minutes.

House keeping did not replenish black tea and enough cream despite requesting on 2 occasions. In a family room for 3, only 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates were left each day. Pretty nice ‘Indigo’ experience.  Nice reception and service, especially the very sweet offer of complimentary croissants and pastries leaving on GF at the morning time, let the busy travelers just to grab and go for a simple breakfast.  Overall a quite happy stay there, especially if you like running at the morning, it’s just steps away from the podium along the Gironne River, which is so beautiful

My friend booked a room on the same day for 500 yuan cheaper than me and included breakfast. I feel like I got a bad deal by booking in advance. The hotel does not have free parking, which was not beyond my expectations.

I would suggest bath mats in the shower particularly for older people, once the water has hit the shower it tends to be a bit slippery. Ultimately a functional and very basic / spartan room. No frills. Have to put a deposit to get the hairdryer. Was glad that the a/c worked well enough and there was lift to every floor. You can top up water at the restaurant.

The hotel requires several passcode to enter various gates, and they change the passcodes on different days. It is quite inconvenient for customers to bring along the passcode sheet and see which gate requires which passcode on which day. And the attendants did not clean our room as requested.

Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance.There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.

Honestly loved this hotel, the bed was soft and comfy, the room was small but not too small, I had room for my luggage and everything. The room was OK. It rained during our stay, and the first room we were given had a strong odor. It was fine after we changed the room, but the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite cold. The bathroom heater didn't heat the room the next day. When checking in, we had to show our credit card, but we just touched the card and didn't know what it was for. Nothing else.

We were a group of 24 tourists and Hotel Konti was the perfect place to stay. For me, this was the perfect location in the 'golden triangle' of Bordeaux. It's central, but quiet. Easy to feel in a local neighbourhood while being also in the heart of the city. During the booking process, it wasn't mentioned that parking was paid, and it wasn't indicated. The reception and breakfast were very good. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was too hot. A bit small for the price.

1. The location is right for a tourist - quite far from the train station - and very close to the center, there is a tram stop nearby, which can replace all transport in Bordeaux. I took a 72-hour transport card - it was advantageous, because with a suitcase to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station on foot is 25-30 minutes, and just around the city you can always go 1-2 stops without worrying...

The location is right in front of Saint-Jean Station, so it is very accessible. However, there are not many shops or restaurants in front of the station, and it is not very safe at night, so it is better to use it for different purposes. The price is cheap in Bordeaux, so it is quite good if you only plan to sleep. There is no refrigerator or kettle, but I think the functionality is good as a business...
