Had a great time at the Mercure centre ville and stayed for 3 nights. Exceptional service from the reception and cleaning staff. My girl left her stuff on her side of the bed during the day and staff left her stuff untouched which was great and they left her side of the bed unmade but they still made the effort to make my side of the bed. Amazing attention to detail. Thanks to everyone.

The hotel is great! The bar was fun, the tv showed formula one, the rooms had a kettle and coffee pods, had a second door to block noise from the hallway, and caramels! It is in a great location, really easy walking distance to the attractions

It was nice to stay in this hotel and it is near centre ville. The room is clean and they will clean everday. But the amentites are not too many, only basic bar and restaurant. TV is cable channel.

Nice stay for 2 nights in Bordeaux with family. It is convenient coming by car and is there is a paid parking in the shopping Center next to the hotel. Not at the heart but only 10 min walking distance from old town. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

This is the budget Ibis so don't expect much. Room was tiny but cosy. Bathroom super small but has a loo, shower and tiny sink that splashes water everywhere. Don't bother with the breakfast though. My friend booked a room on the same day for 500 yuan cheaper than me and included breakfast. I feel like I got a bad deal by booking in advance. The hotel does not have free parking, which was not beyond my expectations.

Room was large enough. Other than that, everything was below average.   Bad smelling soap they are using to clean up.  No lotion or conditioner provided. The room smelled all right but the corridor smelled bad all the time.

I would suggest bath mats in the shower particularly for older people, once the water has hit the shower it tends to be a bit slippery. This hotel is excellent value for money- clean perfectly adequate rooms with a comfortable bed and nice en suite facilities! The breakfast was wonderful- it cost €10 euros but the was a wonderful selection of hams cheeses breads etc! The quality of the coffee was also good! Ultimately a functional and very basic / spartan room. No frills. Have to put a deposit to get the hairdryer. Was glad that the a/c worked well enough and there was lift to every floor. You can top up water at the restaurant.

Absolutely loved our time at Mama Shelter - from the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top bar was great. Rooms were bright and clean with plenty of space. Would recommend adding on breakfast downstairs as a highlight too.

The hotel requires several passcode to enter various gates, and they change the passcodes on different days. It is quite inconvenient for customers to bring along the passcode sheet and see which gate requires which passcode on which day. And the attendants did not clean our room as requested.

Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance.There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.

We were a group of 24 tourists and Hotel Konti was the perfect place to stay. For me, this was the perfect location in the 'golden triangle' of Bordeaux. It's central, but quiet. Easy to feel in a local neighbourhood while being also in the heart of the city. During the booking process, it wasn't mentioned that parking was paid, and it wasn't indicated. The reception and breakfast were very good. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was too hot. A bit small for the price.

There were three of us; the third bed (bunk bed) needed making, and we found hair. The bathroom was tiny. It's a two-star hotel, and the price is low, but it could use some cleanliness and space. The location, however, is excellent, very close to the center.

1. The location is right for a tourist - quite far from the train station - and very close to the center, there is a tram stop nearby, which can replace all transport in Bordeaux. I took a 72-hour transport card - it was advantageous, because with a suitcase to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station on foot is 25-30 minutes, and just around the city you can always go 1-2 stops without worrying...

The hotel has a convenient, central location and offers a generous breakfast spread each morning. However, the gym facilities are quite basic and do not include a treadmill. Additionally, drinking water must be fetched from Level 1, which may be inconvenient for some guests. It has a restaurant inside which gives you a lot of options if you don't want to walk. Overall, a good stay if you value location...

The room was clean and tidy, but a bit old; the carpet had stains. Double rooms had coffee machines, but single rooms did not. It's located near the city hall, so transportation is convenient. The staff were very polite.

Novotel Hotel is not far from Bordeaux City Hall and Cathedral. There is a large indoor parking lot next to the hotel, from which you can walk directly to the hotel; there are signs. The hotel lobby has a restaurant, which is quite nice; we had dinner there. There is a small supermarket a short distance away. The family rooms are nice. The breakfast is good.

No frills but fine! The room was clean and functional. The staff refused to make up the second bed I'm the room though which was very strange. Even when I asked about it I was told to do it myself. Other than that it was fine.

In general it is a good place! But the only two issues: The morning I was leaving, the bathroom ran out of water. Fortunely it was my checkout day. The other one is regarding a gym that is next to the hotel. In the case of my bedroom (121), I could hear the gym music late at night and in the early morning.

Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. The rooms are comfortable (the bed was great) the rooms are extremely small. The shower so small that my husband (6’2”) had to open the shower door to properly wash.
