The room was clean, but small. Bed was good and the people in the reseption was wery helpful. It was easy to take the tram into the city. The arrea around had no city charm but felt safe.

Just the best place to stay when you're on the road. Plenty of restaurants around and they constantly renovate rooms.

The rooms are small but adequate.
I haven't tried the restaurant yet so I can't share on that.

Mattresses are really zzz quality comfy. Showers are perfectly adjustable from lukewarm to sizzling hot.

Dogs are allowed: 5 euro surcharge per dog.

Not a lot of noise btw.

Parking is secure with barrier until 6 am (can be opened with code, provided at check in).

This is my third stay at a Campanile Hotel, but not at this particular branch. On the plus side the hotel was close to the Tram about 5 minutes away. The room was spacious. Staff friendly, and good selection for breakfast with lovely croissants, cheeses, hams, dried meats, cereals, and breads, and fruit juices, tea and coffee. On the negative side the carpet floor was slightly wet, the tv didn't work, and we also had to ask for loo paper, and tea and coffee supplies which weren't replenished after the first day. We had to climb a set of stairs which were in need of a lick of paint. Furthermore the evening meal was very disappointing as no A La Carte Menu, and the Buffet Menu served appears to be the very same menu every evening. They definitely require some variety.

Stayed in twin room. Room was clean. Needs deepclean. AC dial front case was broken but worked. Bathroom shelf was lose, and would fall. So only put small items on it. Room service didn't replace toilet paper so had go reception to request. Hotel 5mins from tram to city. 25mins to main city centre. Didn't eat breakfast or dinner as expensive for what you get eg €15pp for breakfast. Good budget hotel. No frills, just basic room with beds.

This is a Motel, and not a Hotel as the name suggests. The room can best be described as filthy; The carpet was dirty and completely black in places. Long black hairs were found in the bathroom. The door to the room, leading directly out to the car park, had air gaps. The heating system was not working, so the room was cold and damp at night. There are shutters for the window, however, these does not keep the light from the car park out. There’s no safe in the room to put your valuables. The pink shaded light from the main light source made me wonder if the room could also be rented on an hourly basis. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English, and the breakfast buffet was good. I did not have the opportunity to evaluate the restaurant.

Campanile Bordeaux Nord - La Lac is a good budget choice for visiting Bordeaux and other surrounding areas. The rooms can have thin walls and can be cold, the staff give a warm welcome. I found their service to be a highlight of my stay.

The restaurant is extremely expensive compared with food quality and crew. The hotel itself might to be ok for one night due to its destination very close to the airport, but the restaurant staff seems to be like stoned. Problems with billing, general behaviour etc. It's a joke?

We stayed here over a Saturday night as we had 2 Rugby World Cup matches to see on the Saturday and Sunday at the Matmut Stadium.
The location was perfect, just a 10 min walk to the venue.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We ate in the onsite restaurant and the buffet dinner was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended.
