Heliose at the reception was extremely helpful with a room change, a hair salon suggestion and info about transportation!!

The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes to the main train station for getting to and from destinations like the airport or Cite du Vin. It’s only a few minutes to get to all the shopping and restaurants.

Their service was excellent! The desk staff were very helpful. The bar and kitchen staff were superb.

The room was large, clean, and cute.

Everything was amazing. Small boutique hotel in quite literally the edge of the center of everything. A block from the Intercontinental and Opera house which is where everything begins. Their website is quite humble because the rooms are amazing and spacious. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else when we come back. The one thing I would recommend is go out for breakfast as there are a ton of options in Bordeaux and their breakfast buffet is satisfying but it’s not the enormous breakfast you sometimes get in Europe. As for the spa, it was wonderful. Did the body scrub and massage. Used the steam room and Sauna as well. Very worth it after long days of food and wine tastings. Overall, an amazing experience.

The room was beautiful and the staff was great! The front desk was always helpful and we got great service from the bartender, Ilhan. The room was spacious and beautiful

The bedrooms are generous in size and well-decorated. Bathrooms lack hair conditioner, make-up mirrors and are poorly lit. Towel warmer didn't work. The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet.

The waitstaff were friendly and very accommodating. The front desk staff couldn't be bothered.

Food was good, but not noteworthy.

This hotel has been remodeled to a very modern facility. The room was well decorated and the bath area was very large offering both a shower and bath. It seemed to me the bathroom floor was heated. It had a small patio with a view of the top of the large fountain in the park.

Location in the central area was great. Well worth the visit.

The hotel is lovely (nice specs, clean, excellent location) but the staff are absolutely outstanding. I had a few issues while i was there which could have ruined my stay but shoutout to Constance whose professionalism ensured that I left with a positive impression.

Wonderful room with two-tiered balcony and large shower room! Lovely breakfast and great location. Only complaint is toilet room was too small and difficult to maneuver to close the door (pocket door would be best).

We really enjoyed my stay at Hôtel De Sèze. The location is right in the very center of Bordeaux. The hotel itself is very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with a welcoming atmosphere — I would happily stay here again.

Very nice, I highly recommend it.

- a liqueur (rum, vanilla) we were offered

Ordered a rating of beef and a sirloin steak. Meat is little tasty of origin EU, with Fried too cooked, paid 26€ and 24€. Frankly I have not taken my foot. Do recommanderas not.... Trap tourist.

A small diner down there on the map. The cocktails are quite correct, the prices also. We ate a la carte: camembert roasted and smoked salmon as starters, steak tartare, traditional mussels and fries dishes. It was very good. Only small complaint, if I dared, the sauces for the salad and the tartare. I have not been convinced. I was between the two. The service was excellent, very fast and efficient, discrete, friendly, with humour and seriousness at the same time. Perfect.
