The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and restaurants in Bordeaux. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. However, the rooms felt small and outdated, and the overall experience was ok. The breakfast was average and lacked variety. It’s fine for a short stay, but I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail for the price.

This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets.

The location couldn't be better. Right in the centre with the tram stop just a minute up the road.
On the other hand, the hotel is tired as can be and the rooms seem to never be really cleaned properly.
The bathroom had a very bad odour and there was an incessant noise (like refrigeration) coming from the internal courtyard.

Small hotel in the center of Bordeaux,
It has a convenient public paid parking a short distance away, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned but it was a great compromise for the price we paid compared to the average of hotels in that area.
The area is very nice, close to the theater, place de la bourse the river and many restaurants.
Overall I leave a positive review.

The location and space are quite good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Next to it is the Internet-famous steak fast food restaurant that queues up every day. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! There is an elevator. The room is smaller but clean and cheap. Impeccable.

Location was great, next to the tourism office and 5-10min walk to the main shopping area. However bear in mind it is a no frills room that is relatively dated. Lift is tiny, but at least there is one. Cleanliness of the room (floor) could be improved.

Good location and good price. Rooms also are nice. To improve: wi-fi very low which is very disturbing since I work 2-3h per day and was a terrible experience. Pillows: used and bad qualities: woke up with back and neck pains + had to sleep with my coat as a pillow for two days (we were three in the rooms no one was using the pillows since we had the same experience, one was using a towel as a pillow). Restauration: very low level. Hot chocolate and cappuccino have very bad taste, pastries are industrial and very low quality (1€ a croissant at a bakery maybe it simply worths partnership with them). Besides these points the rest is great. Location, room, bathroom, price, welcoming. Thank you.

Can’t beat the location and the room was clean, outside of that little redeeming about the hotel. The rooms were very small (nowhere to open a suitcase) and everything was dated.

The report quality-price is...coherent, given what was on the plate.
frozen do you want in here, a salmon tartare that we had to soak in the lemon juice the entire day as the taste, desserts, minimalist...ah, metro had to find a good client !

Very good price/quality. Liked the foie gras, great steak tartare. Will go back in the future!

Not very good food, moderate prices. The duck confit was dryand the calf was tend er,but not very tasty. The salad with duck and ham was actually good.

the restaurant has avoid absolutely. kitchen very poor quality, slow with no taste, duck without the duck, mustard in a tube like the coffee, dessert very limit. I strongly recommend it, especially as there bcp better in Bordeaux.
