The staff were incredibly helpful. Great hotel for an on route stop over. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
These are the best budget family rooms by a mile. Loads of space. Good bathroom and very clean

The only positive point is the Hippopotamus restaurant next door, which offers a 10% discount as a partner.
Automatic access, since there's no 24-hour reception, was a bit complicated. They couldn't find our reservation, so we had to call to activate it. The code was different, and they kept asking us to pay again… luckily, there was a receptionist who took pity on us and helped us.
It's a bit far from everything; you need a car to get something to eat or to visit Limoges.
