My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in July using as a base to explore the Pyrenees on our motorbike. Perfect location for this and also to go to the coast. We stopped for one night and had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful, the room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic on a very warm day.

The hotel is located at the edge of the old town some 10 minutes to the Château de Pau. The room was good size, clean, quiet. The front desk staff are very amicable and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The secure free parking is a great bonus.

Very conveniently located hotel to visit Pau. Even though it has not a 4 stars quality it is no too pricey and it does include parking and breakfast. Bed and pillows are fairly comfortable. The recepcionist was very helpful.Breakfast was a very basic buffet, but good quality products.

Everything wad great. We loved the cleanliness and front desk service. The only complaint I would have would be the breakfast. It was a bit overpriced for the options.

A Day in Pau We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming, offered tourist information and recommended restaurants which we went to and enjoyed. The free secure parking was appreciated. Excellent facilities, super clean room, big smart TV, bath and shower, coffee machine and kettle, very comfortable bed and bedding. Late check in and bar open till late, free parking outside the hotel, quiet area and easy access to motorway. Staff friendly and helpful

Very good Fantastic value for money and helpful service. Out of town location but handy for the bus into the centre. Good parking. Just beware onsite restaurant closed Sunday night.

Pau overnight Convenient location although on the Northern outskirts of Pau so not a lot in walking distance. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast.

We had a great 3 night stay in the hotel. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and spatious. The breakfast was quite good, and offered a wide range of food options. Service was friendly, and efficient. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of town. I had a cosy single at the very top but it was well equipped, comfortable, clean and with a great view from the window. Excellent for the price. Good breakfast too. What made it standout was the service. Christof was happy to store my bike and went out of his way to be super helpful throughout my stay which I really appreciated. Would recommend.

Very lovely hotel in the center in Pau. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. It is a bit older and the rooms can vary in size. My issue was no place to put my suitcase to open it. It had a small storage cubby, but no where to set it out and open it. I was in a smaller room. Also, the Internet was painfully slow. Sorry, not a 5, maybe 3.5 Not a five-star hotel, or at least, not anymore. The carpet in the hallway is decades old and stained. And there were no pillow cases on two of our pillows.

Hard to say what it is about this place, but we found it enchanting. Somewhat quirky. Very peaceful and pretty. Definitely memorable. Nice meals and friendly staff.

This hotel is fantastic!! I really loved it here. The spa was small but nice, there's an outdoor pool in a very lovely garden. I had a massage and scrub treatment. Which was wonderful! It's like stepping back in town. This is a fabulous hotel with a panoramic view of the Pyrénées. If you're in Pau, this is where you stay!

I never got to terms with Pau as a town - August is not the time to go I learnt - but the hotel is pleasant, and the staff at reception and in the restaurants are helpful, polite and efficient. On that basis I would happily come back to the hotel and recommend it.

A very nice hotel in a great location for exploring Pau. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, but didn't have a balcony and faced the car park, which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool and spa area was advertised as open every day, but was closed on the Monday when we stayed, again disappointing.
