Fantastic in every respect. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant excellent. The rooms couldn’t be better. We will certainly Stay there again and look forward to our next visit. Congratulations to all the staff for their great service.

Nice hotel close to the motorway. Club room was modern and clean. Promised a free stocked mini bar for a club room which was stocked with a bottle of water. Good breakfast and dinner.

Easy to reserve with flexible. Check in was fast and easy, with no waiting. The rooms are large with comfortably sized bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. Great hotel, well located and clean with a nice pool as a bonus. I'm very happy that the hotel kept their great breakfast offer and didn't follow the downward offer from most of the other hotels in the ACCOR Group. It would be nice during summer to have a pool bar or a possibility of ordering drinks easily without having to dress up and go back inside to the bar.

We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. Good facilities- nice bar area, swimming pool, outside terrace, nice restaurant, OK food. Good room, comfy bed. One thing missing - with my lack of mobility, given ground floor room as requested BUT no handrail to help up 3 stairs to get to room (or toilettes) - needs one, very difficult with bags

Hotel and reception were fine,rooms were also fine. Restaurant was terrible. (Waiters and kitchen were understaffed, food was burned, had to wait very long, other tables people walked away due to the poor service and long waiting time)

The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the location were ok. I paid my bill in full and moved on with my vacation. Almost a week later I receive a call + mail I need to pay an extra bill for the bar because there was a discussion somewhere? Convenient location and comfortable room. We were able to check in at 1am late at night, the night manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a good night rest including A/C and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great service and friendly atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming throughout my stay. While the rooms are a bit small, they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the center of. I would recommend it for a business trip.

This hotel is a weird combination of updated grace and neglected obsolescence. The interiors have been updated but the structure is obsolete (one elevator for over 100 rooms on three floors, and that elevator at one extreme end of the hallway). REALLY LOVELY HOTEL The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

Good hotel if you’re travelling south . Close to the highway. Only 5 minutes so perfect. Secure parking space, check in was friendly. Rooms were good for the price ( just a little to small you cannot open you’re luggage only on the bed) but it’s clean and quit to sleep so very good when you’re on the road to somewhere.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the moment we pulled up and accessed the secure car park through the automatic gate system, to the bright welcoming spacious reception area. My French is terrible but the staff spoke English very well and were very polite and helpful. The room was very impressive. Would have been perfect if the sink from the bathroom was fixed before we got there, final result > Water everywhere cause we brushed our teeth there.. Annnnd, no fan in the room. Arriving late at the hotel, we weren't able to ask anything... Otherwise, good room, small bed if you're two people.. Little kitchen etcetc.. A bit sad we didn't get a discount or a breakfast for cleaning their bathroom at...

The front desk service was excellent, even calling to check if I'd left anything in the room. I'd read everyone's reviews in advance, and thank you for sharing your own pitfalls... Parking is free, so if you're driving, please park right outside the hotel entrance, activate your hazard lights, check in first, and then move your car to the parking lot. The parking lot's voice-activated lights are short...

Very good service coffee should be improved

Hotel a bit dated. The reception wasn't very professional. The key didn't work. No king-size bed, as specified in the reservation, but two beds pushed together. Doesn't deserve a 4-star rating, but a 3-star rating in my opinion. Otherwise, very decent, fairly clean.

Excellent location and restaurant very comfortable stay. For not being able to speak French very well the staff was understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend! I did not rate the parking - I traveled by train and taxi so I did not utilize parking but I’m sure it is well.

We unexpectedly stayed here last year in summer, while going on a trip to Spain. We had a very pleasant stay. The privilege rooms next to the swimming pool are amazing! The swimming pool is amazing, the atmosphere was very good and the staff is nice and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast which was very extensive and neat. We will definitely come again some day.

We use this hotel often as a resting point when traveling onwards to the south and although our stays are usually short, they are always pleasant and making me want to come back for a longer stay! The hotel is ideally situated next to the Route du Soleil with easy access, but far enough to be very calm and with calming green surroundings. Bad temperatur conditions in the room

Clean room, friendly staff and literally right off the highway. We thought it might be noisy but it was very quiet and peaceful and read later the rooms were soundproofed. You got to love the French they think of everything. The beds were comfy but the room is pretty spare. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Excellent stop to pass the night when travelling. Pool is a welcome extra!

Excellent room comfort. Central location. Location is perfect for train travellers as hotel is opposite the central station. More complicated when you arrive by car since there is no drop-off space right at the hotel, but a drop-off lane across the street.

Perfect location for a brake either coming or leaving Switzerland . Unfortunately the reception had never heard of trip .com and wanted to charge me again. After 15 mins he agreed I had paid. Room smelled badly of cigarettes Sadly would not use again but the area is beautiful and worth coming to.

The hotel was very nice. The perfect place to stay for a visit to Valance. The only negative was breakfast. Not a problem as there are many local options.

Excellent stay. I was only there one night unfortunately but after walking 10 km to watch the European cycling championships I was grateful for the very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. I had a great sleep😁. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Definitely hoping to return for a longer stay.

Room was clean and nice overall. A little update for the interior would be good but it’s still a good experience. Breakfast buffé wasn’t huge in selection but it was still good. Only negative thing about the breakfast was coffee. I think it just wasn’t good enough quality.

We stayed in the new addition and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Valence is a great walking city with lots of close restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Colmar. The continental breakfast rocks.

The only issue I had was when checking out, we needed extra time because the enticing bath tub took forever to fill up. They wanted to charge £200 to extend one hour. They did eventually reverse that decision.

A relaxing, interlude to our trip into the Rhone valley. Very attentive staff who met our every need.

Fabulous stop on the way from The Neherlands to Spain. We booked the Pic Restaurant, to be amazed by the quality of the service, products and technique. Conveniently located near the city, but easily reachable from the highway. The Hotel was excellent too, although a Spa would have been lovely.

Staying 5 days for official trip. Very easy to access as the location is only 2 mins away from the main train station. My room was clean and quiet. The hotel staffs are very helpful. This is exceptional for a 2-star hotel!

Valence August 2025 Clean comfortable room although handle of the shower did not attach to the wall fitting. Very good breakfast despite there being no eggs. Wonderful fresh croissants. Very convenient location for city centre and station.

Big room, clean and has all the facilities you could want. Very friendly personel!. The beds are big and vey nice! Airco could be a bit stronger for such a big room. Located close to the motorway a few km from the city center provides standard motel facilities. The breakfast was good and the personnel friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. Nothing special but good for an overnight break of the voyage.

Its a hotel for those staying a short night on a long trip. Room is big enough and bed confortable. Everything clean. Free parking and good wifi. So for the price is good. Biggest reason I give four star and not five is because the wall is not thick enough, I can distinctly hear what the neighbors rooms are saying.

This is not a posh Hotel. But it is reasonably priced and relatively clean. It is simply an older building that could use some updating. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Everything was as expected...and I have high expectations. I used this hotel to break a drive from the UK to the South of France. Simple room, no thrills, but absolutely fine for a budget hotel for an overnight stay. It was clean and quiet, which are the 2 main things I ask for in a hotel. Bathroom on the small side of course but all fine for me on that day as I was travelling alone.

Either it's not the Ritz but prefabricated rooms with walls as thick as cigarette papers or you can hear the neighboring rooms... the restaurant served a decent flank steak although without much flavor (rather limited choice of dishes)

The stop over was convenient to the motorway for a one night stop over. Staff were attentive and breakfast excellent and very good value.

On arrival, hotel looked rather run down, with peeling door, etc. However, once in room, clean and acceptable. Shower good, bed comfortable. Highlight was at reception, young guy made us so welcome and served us drinks happily. Then ate in evening..well, excellent food and plenty of it - wonderful lobster sauce on my fish. Not expensive. Good value and glad we stayed.

It's all you expect from a campanile hotel. Limited menu but cooked well. Disappointing wines for this area.
