Good value for money. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, free parking, breakfast is available. There are few good places around to eat. There isn’t receptionist all the time but the self check in machine next to the front door is easy to use.
Area is quiet. Perfect hotel as stopover, or for few days if you are on a budget trip.

Seamless experience, book in at anytime, excellent for quick stop and rest great location near to Rennes city centre and quick way out for other destinations. Staff is super friendly.

Everything was perfect.

We just stayed as a last-minute, one night stop off as part of a long road trip, to break up our journey. It was basic accommodation but entirely adequate and excellent value. The bed is very comfortable with a good mattress, the room clean and spacious — we had enough room to set up our toddler's travel cot. The shower is hot with good water pressure. Unfortunately the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupant, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. There is an "all you can eat" breakfast buffet, which is more varied than expected, with bacon, eggs and sausages as well as cereals, breads, pastries, fruit and yogurt. Of course there is juice, teas and coffee. The coffee is poor quality, and the automated machine is not working correctly, I kept getting small amount of hot chocolate added to the coffee.
I cannot comment on proximity to local attractions or location, as we only stopped to sleep and continued our journey.

This is a very good place to stay. The price is reasonable and I found the hotel room clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful in advising me where the best places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.
