We had a very smooth check-in and check-out experience and booked a room with river view, which was a good choice. The room was simple and clean, nothing fancy, but enough.

The breakfast area looked modern and light and the breakfast itself was good, could have had a bit more plant-based / vegan options, but it did have oat milk which we very much appreciated.

A good hotel in the middle of Auxerre for a reasonable price.

The room was too small, beyond what is acceptable even for budget. It was a room we paid a little extra for as well thinking it would be a slighter better room!

We found it uncomfortably small, but older or larger adults would not even be able to fit through the gap of a few centimetres between the wall and the bottom of the bed, which one needed to pass through to access the other side of the bed. No floor space to open a suitcase except on the bed.

This room should come with a reduced price, and a warning that it's maybe not suitable for older or larger people.

It's a shame as the other aspects of our stay were good. Not impressed with Ibis and Accor though taking our money for this substandard room.

Overall it was a very nice clean hotel, staff friendly and efficient. Only one criticism was that the pillows were too soft.

Excellent stay at this perfectly located Hotel with free parking spaces nearby. The staff was extremely welcoming efficient and friendly with special thanks to Elena, who did our rooms in the morning. Her huge smile and friendly manner were a great start to our days!! Very good breakfast with a very good variety of food on offer. I would just mention one thing... the rooms were too hot to our liking (24°C)... I would strongly recommend this hotel for those who wish to visit Auxerre and its beautiful region.

The bigger sized room is spacious and well fitted out. very clean. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice.

Super room, very clean and comfortable, wonderful location, easy access to the old town centre and reception was most helpful. HIGHLY recommended as a hotel. Next time we shall stay longer.

Very warm welcome, top bedding for a good night's sleep and "triple glazing" (2 windows, one of which was double glazed, isolated the room from street noise)! My 2 children and I spent two perfect nights in a room for 3 that was large enough and very well insulated, which is rare in the city center. The plus: possibility of having a closed and secure garage and enjoying the city of Auxerre on foot! But if you don't want to pay the extra, you can also park your vehicle nearby, in a public car park. And 2nd plus: the very complete and very rich breakfast, which suits everyone (eggs, ham, turkey, fruit, vegetable milks alongside the usual pastries and other rolls!
