My husband and I loved our stay at the Hotel du Palais! The rooms are so comfortable and quiet. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is a perfect location with walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed the wine tasting at the hotel. It’s a must see just to check out the cave and the wine is good too! We highly recommend the Hotel du Palais. You won’t be disappointed.

The location was perfect—we were able to walk from the train station. The staff was so friendly and insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs for us. We were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants and sites. It was Christmas week and the entire community was decorated and festive—absolutely charming and delightful. Wonderful hospitality in the heart of Dijon My wife and I had a lovely 3 night stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and provided great suggestions for things ti see and do in the area including shopping and restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast was simple but just enough to get the day started. We also enjoyed our wine tour with Raphael to nearby towns and wineries.

Parking close by. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance in the square. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful. They recommended a great restaurant and tried to book an activity for us ( time did not allow however). It was in a convenient location and very safe and accommodating!

Great hotel. Nice rooms, the bed is a bit on the small side. The shower head has a bit of lime on it, so it doesn't run smoothly anymore. Everything else is neat and clean! →

Very close to the city center, and pretty good value for your money if you are just looking for a place to sleep. It can be a bit small if you wish to spend time here as well.

Service was great, they really are child friendly. But the room could have been cleaner and we couldn't really blind the room, so we were awake quite early.

I love this place. 4th time back over the last 15 years. It looks spectacularly dodgy from the outside, but is clean and comfortable inside, with a lovely inner courtyard. Only a 5 minute walk from medieval, stunning Dijon centre. And...if you are a bit zonked, do eat in - the menu may be limited (and just don't bother if you're a veggie) but the chef does know how to cook!

Located east of Dijon, a 15-minute walk from the old town. The room is quiet and clean, with a small balcony and a kitchen where you can cook simple meals. Parking is available in the hotel's downstairs parking garage, accessible by elevator. Overnight fee is €10.

Normal for this chain of apartments. Expected and no surprises :) Come on in!

The service was impeccable, very friendly staff. Apparently very functional. Varied and fresh breakfast. Really nothing to complain about, it was perfect. It felt like home.

Apartment style with some hotel features. The room is spacious, and the staff were friendly. They provided us a map with recommendations to restaurants and nearby attractions. Parking is at the hotel doorstep. Conveniently located with a 10-minute walk to the city centre.

Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Because I was behind schedule, I phoned the number provided when booking. It may have been after 6pm. The phone number provided went to an automated message in French only. There did not seem to be an option to advise of late arrival and I stopped at another B&B hotel to notify about late arrival but there was no-one available to talk to. Once arrived at the booked hotel, the checking in process...

Having stayed in numerous B & B hotels over the years this was as expected. The manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable as usual. My only observation is that the mixer tap in the washbasin was loose and the water only just managed to escape. The shower, however, was great.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in easy access to the old town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We were very close to the tram and other public transit. The small kitchen was nice to have.

The compact kitchenette, location, good value. Liked the garden area for eating. Would recommend garden room for quietness.

We had booked this hotel six months before our visit and had rung and spoken to someone on reception to book parking as it is limited on site, however when we got there they had no record of this and no space to accommodate us. They directed us to a public car park across the other side of town - not impressed. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had seen better days. The toilet when flushed, continuously...

Basic hotel in the city centre. Nothing special, but clean.

A modest and clean hotel with nice beds and shower. Great location in Dijon next to historic buildings. Did very good in accommodating a large tour group even if the single elevator and breakfast area was a little on the small side. I would recommend to other groups and I would stay here again.

Very pleased with B&B Dijon. Reception was warm and inviting. Room was wonderful. Location was excellent. Only negative is that the layout of the breakfast area makes it difficult to get food and then sit comfortably. Obviously this is a function of the space being used for breakfast. Otherwise everything about this hotel was very satisfying.

The hotelroom is clean, but throughout the building you can really see that it is old and used. Also the outside looks a bit sketchy. Made an online reservation that they could’t find in the system. The arranged the room, so that was great. But at the checkout they wanted us to pay again, which we already did at the booking and we paid the remaining money at the front desk the day before. Great price value ratio for Dijon

All you need in an hotel. Good bed, airco, darkness in the room and quiet. Too bad they don't have breakfast. But the bakery across the street is open early and looks good! Parking is an issue, only 20 spots, €10. Make a reservation for this on time. Otherwise park in thr neighborhood! Also safe.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating; everything was very clean. The only slight downside was the size of the bathtub. Overall, a great experience.

It is very close to the station and can be walked in 5 minutes. The facilities are relatively old and there are also tourists from tour groups, but the price is cheap and all the necessary facilities are available. High cost performance!

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Dijon train station, within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is also not far from the city center, 1 kilometer away. The hotel is simple and hygienic, and can meet the needs of working alone or traveling.

Great Half between our trip north to south, easy to find. Easy check-in. The room was really nice, a step up from the budget hotels. The tram to town stops just by the hotel and we had a wonderful night in Dijon. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Average good hotel, next to highway Average hotel, good for one or two overnights, good located - near the highway - not far from center.

Very secure parking. We had two rooms, one of which had air conditioning, the other did not. Lights outside the room meant you couldn’t have the window open as light would flood in.

Don't expect too much, it's just a stopover on the way to the south of France, a bit like the American motels in the movies!

The room was totally different to the photos when i booked it online. The room was super small. It is a budget hotel so ok for 1 night which i needed.
