Disappointing Basic. Beds were clean. Room dated. Bathroom very odd. We had a family room which had a wet room style shower. We only stayed here for one night on our way back through France, it is all fairly new interms of the rooms but it is a beautiful old building. Our big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable. Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel. Wonderful family room that was more than enough space for our family of 5. Great location near the cathedral and town centre. Lovely staff, who were incredibly polite and kind when I had accidentally left without paying. This is a fantastic overnight stop for anyone travelling to the south of France - especially with kids. Excellent value for money.

Very quirky - two interconnecting rooms for the price of one! Very simple and basically furbished, beautiful large bathroom and separate loo. We had the garden room (more like a small apartment minus kitchen!) so were woken by the dawn chorus! Considering we were five minutes' walk from the centre of Dijon, this was amazing - so quiet! The hotel is located 15 minutes from the center and attractions. It was generally quiet, but the audibility is very good from the neighboring room. For 2 stars and the price, it is a good hotel.

Location and room were good but the toilet had a very strong smell that came back from time to time.

Short break in this hotel near the center with a very good quality-price ratio, a very friendly team who welcomed us very late. The only downside was very few parking spaces and we were fined for parking on the street near the hotel, so remember to put a small coin in the parking meter even on a Saturday morning.

I rented a room with my daughter, thankfully for just one night. It was awful; there was a musty smell, I think it was coming from the wall covering. Honestly, first and last time I'll ever rent a room in a studio apartment.

This hotel was a post office in the 1700's. It still has some of it's old timbers and feels like you are really in old France! Room was tiny, though, and breakfast was lacking a lot.

No parking in the hotel but the city parking was less than 200 meters away and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located to the main iconic sites and shopping area. The staff during our visit spoke English, very friendly and accomodating. The room size was suprisingly larger than we had expected and amazingly clean. There were no disturbing noice so we slept well.

Wonderful hospitality in the heart of Dijon My wife and I had a lovely 3 night stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and provided great suggestions for things ti see and do in the area including shopping and restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast was simple but just enough to get the day started. We also enjoyed our wine tour with Raphael to nearby towns and wineries.

The room had good and bad things. I slept really well, it was warm. The shower wasn't very comfortable and the lights of the shower turned off randomly. Some floors smell like cigarette. The receptionists were kind, they kept our bags the next day while we visited around.

We arrived late and were greeted and checked in with directions to the Residence Du Duce. What an amazing accommodation Le Loft, it was more like a suite with everything needed. The location was perfect being just off the main square and perfect for a little wander before breakfast, we will definitely return.

Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Because I was behind schedule, I phoned the number provided when booking. It may have been after 6pm. The phone number provided went to an automated message in French only. There did not seem to be an option to advise of late arrival and I stopped at another B&B hotel to notify about late arrival but there was no-one available to talk to. Having stayed in numerous B & B hotels over the years this was as expected. The manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable as usual. My only observation is that the mixer tap in the washbasin was loose and the water only just managed to escape. The shower, however, was great.

A modest and clean hotel with nice beds and shower. Great location in Dijon next to historic buildings. Did very good in accommodating a large tour group even if the single elevator and breakfast area was a little on the small side. I would recommend to other groups and I would stay here again.
