The staff was very helpful and had a problem with the bathroom door fixed while we were out for dinner, The rooms are very small and honestly, the breakfast buffet they charge Euro 21 for is free at every hotel I have ever stayed at, Adequate but nothing out of the ordinary.

They had a lovely restaurant at the top and this seems to be the crown jewel of the entire hotel. We rented two rooms one was decent. The other was ridiculously small.. and should’ve been lot less expensive considering how small it was and at the same rack rate. The bedding was excellent I’ll give it that.! It was also a good location in the middle of town. Make sure you rent a parking space with the hotel if you are driving there. Worth the €40 per night.

Basic amenities were not met like one bottle of drinking water which should be served daily is given only once in 3 days. The coffe machine in the room does not work. The breakfast served was cold and pancakes were not readily made and omelette was not served in the menu.. I had the worst experience in such a tourist place

We loved this luxury hotel in the old town of Ajaccio. It featured excellent modern facilities, really helpful staff, and offers a great location to spend time in the old town and the Bonaparte ancestral home. By pre-booking on the day the staff were able to offer parking immediately adjacent to the hotel.

The view from the rooftop was spectacular, and breakfast was great. It was perfectly situated for walking anywhere. Cons: there was no shampoo or conditioner.

This property.is in the oerfect location but there is almost no parking for guests. Communication with staff eas poor as they failed to explain that in advance and were vety rude both on the phone and upon arrival. Room.was extremely small with no night tables and cleaning was poor. Toilet was dirty upon our arrival and cleaners forgot to give us towels. The bar on the top of the hotel is fantastic and the service and food up there great. Also there are many steps to get to reception so anyone with mobility issues cannot get into hotel.

Hotel San Carlu Citadelle is a spectacular hotel, all aspects were absolutely extraordinary! Excellent service, beautiful rooms and the restaurant and bar were amazing! 10 Stars all around!!!

This hotel is in a great location. Room was small but comfortable. Get the sea view and take the 40E parking for convenience. The roof top bar is beautiful.
