We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It has a laid back but elegant vibe. Another great point, is the size. Since there aren't that many rooms, you feel like you have a lot of privacy. The pool area and the beach are lovely. We also adored the dog mascots we encountered. Beyond adorable. The breakfast is delicious and we also dined at the restaurant and pailotte. Both very good. It's in a perfect location we're you get to enjoy a lot of nature. Although, you can easily take the bus into the city. I highly recommend booking this hotel on your next stay!
Restaurant service was prompt and great. Staff was smiley and friendly. Small private beach is nice for kids and dogs. Fabulous food and excellent location.
Amazing food with amazing service . The items we had were served perfectly and each bit was delicious. Great selection of wine . The atmosphere was chill and laid back. Service on the beach was great
So sad! We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my husband’s parents and our son at this place. We had a perfect starter and was served a 94 EUR!!! whole Fish uncooked, we kindly informed them it was uncooked and they came back after few minutes later with same fish now torally dry 😢😢
The owner took our fork and cut it into pieces in front of us and told us this was just how the fish was… 😢 94EUR WASTED and the way he treated us was really killing the mood entirely.
We still had wine in our glasses and half a bottle in the cooler, and our 2 year old who only just finished his main course from the kids menu was still waiting the dessert the kids menu was coming with.
They removed our plates, bread from the table and placed the entire bill T our table?? I was totally chocked!! All because we complained that our 94EUR fish was uncooked???
We asked the VERY kind waitress if this was normal? Our son didn’t even got the dressers we already paid for 😭
I’m leaving sad as this whole experience was supposed to be a good moment and now I’m in my bed just sad; it completely killed the happiness 😭😭

Overall this is a really nice place. The view on the Sanginaire islands is amazing, the beach is really nice, the accommodations (public & private parts) of very high quality. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing, and we also enjoyed being able to rent electric bikes for the day. If we had one observation to make, it would be that the service, while very good, isn't 100% 4 stars. There are a ton of little details where it falls just a little short - but really nothing serious so unless you are obsessed with perfection, this is not a cause for concern.
