Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was full of flies, which made it quite unpleasant. It was also very noisy. During the night, other guests made a lot of noise and woke us up around 2 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay.

The hotel isn't in the center of Perpignan, but it's well-located by car since it also offers on-site parking. The room is clean and offers good amenities; the only drawback is that it still has a bathtub instead of a shower, which is a bit inconvenient for people with limited mobility, but it's perfectly adequate. I recommend it for a one- or two-day stay in Perpignan, while passing through.

Good service at reception. Beds are comfortable. Nice shower. Only the rubber of the shower doors old and dirty. Breakfast is ok. Only tea you need to make water hot in the microwave. I had a good stay to rest and sleep here at B&B .

It's a motel style hotel, rooms are quite small but good enough for a night sleep to break a long trip. The location is good as it's not far from the highway, and best of all there are a couple of very good backeries in the surroundings with excellent pastries and sandwiches.

AC in the room didn't work like it's meant to. It was too hot to sleep at the two beds upstairs. Seems like it's just too weak to reach the entire room. Included in our booking was breakfast, but when we went downstairs in the morning they said it was "not possible".
Why? Was not explained. They told us we could have breakfast at another B&B hotel 15 minutes from the one we stayed at, which we obviously didn't do. When we were standing at the breakfast buffet before we checked in by the reception, we could already see that it was bare bones, so we got our money back because having the breakfast we booked was not possible. Very disappointing.
The bathroom lever almost fell off when you pulled the door and the shower was way too small for an adult above 6'0" (180 cm) to fit in.

Nice place, clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Perfect place for stopover with your dog. Clean rooms and had a wet room shower so no climbing in a bath. Good for the disabled. We stop here 3 times a year on our way to Spainish home. Enough plugs to charge the phone or if you want a hot drink in the room( bring your own kettle etc) shower and hand soap supplied with soft towels.

My check in code didnt work so had to ring reception. Young man was v promt and courteous giving me a room and key.

Unfortunately, I arrived a little early. Check-in started at 2 p.m., so no problem, I thought. However, the reception didn't open until 5 p.m., which I only found out after a bit of searching. My reservation number wasn't accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get into the room. There was no phone number on site, however. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed". In my opinion, that's unacceptable service. The hotel was reminiscent of a Premiere Classe with an outside balcony. The rooms were a little higher and more stylish. Right next door was a Brit hotel.

Good hotel to spend a night or two. You need a car for everything. It is in an urbanization where there is nothing. A normal hotel.
