Paris Hotel in Perpignan

This was my second stay at this hotel. I owned one very similar but smaller in Florida called the Pirate Haus Inn (PirateHaus.com)We were a mix of hostel rooms and private rooms allowing access to a common kitchen.
If I was still affiliated with the Pirate Haus I would adopt some of the things I saw at PB hotel which minimize maintenance.
I do like the free coffee all day (we had the same), but I don't like that you can't get to it during 'breakfast hours'. In the morning I just want coffee, no breakfast needed. The price of breakfast is a very reasonable €4.5 however, and I liked that they had some very good looking food available.for purchase as well.
The dormitory is spotless and comfortable with power outlets, light and privacy curtain.

I appreciate the lack of carpeting in the private room, all owners will tell you about the nightmare.kf trying to keep it clean. (I finally went with PVC tiles)
Staff is excellent, super friendly and available. Every city should have a PB hotel, they have the recipe for success!

Dream location, nice little bar for coffee and teas and snacks, nice work area. Rooms are clean. Good price. Friendly staff. Love this hotel.

Great location by the station and only 20 minutes easy walk in to the centre of the city. Nice clean room with a comfy bed and friendly reception staff.

My stay here was only a transition stop and not to sightsee, but I really appreciated this modest hotel, where the chairs don't match in the dining room (which I love), but is clean and well kept in every way. You can walk a few steps to catch the train, the bed was comfortable, the staff is super friendly (English appreciated, thank you!), and they were even kind enough to stash my bike overnight until I could pick up a rental car in the morning. Thank you for a restful stop!

+ The location and the quality for the price are excellent!!! Employees were very friendly and helpful. The towels were changed daily.
- There were a few minor issues with cleanliness. The air vents were very dirty and clogged.

An amazing place to stay - really helpful and giving staff. They looked after our bags, sorted a discrepancy with the booking without fuss and gave advice about the local transportation system. Highly recommended.

Not knowing what to expect, this place was exactly what a hotel should be when all you want is to sleep and shower. The room was basic, which was plenty. The location, while a little way from the centre of town, was right next to the station which made it good as we did a bit of travelling around the countryside and down the coast. Those on the front desk were real friendly and helpful and the breakfast, quite cheap, was adequate to get oneself going for the day. For a nice, not over-priced and concenient place to stay, this is well recommended.

Ideal Stopover
A clean, comfortable hotel, close to the station. Ideal for an overnight stop, providing just what is needed. A good breakfast, food not served in the evening, but a good bar next door and an excellent restaurant next to that.

It was absolutely great ! Luka (or Luca) and Hélène were very friendly. They were attentive of my needs and I couldn’t imagine being more taken cared of. It was perfect !

It was as good as expected. Not my favorite mattress but all the rest was good. Conveniently located.
