We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was really disappointing — the carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, honestly quite overwhelming. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged, which made things worse. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t bother complaining, but it definitely wasn’t a comfortable...

Couldn't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Musty smell in the room probably due to humidity problems in the bathroom and a general feel of it not being very clean. Maybe it's just because it's wearing down. A mid-3 not a 4 star unfortunately. A nice breakfast terrace and a roof top terrace with a lovely view though.

A lovely hotel in a good location. We stayed for a long weekend and found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. We booked the Hyacinth suite which was comfortable and well equiped. Happy to recommend and revisit. Only one point, it's quite a steep step up/down to the terrace, a small step or a handrail would be useful, especially for those will mobility issues.

Small but convenient hotel next to train station. Pretty quiet when I stayed over. Water is provided via a dispenser located on a separate floor. Breakfast is simple.

They couldn't find out if breakfast was included in the reservation or not (it was). It is literally in the station but the area is dangerous and very scary at night

The hotel overall is ok. 2 points I did not like: - indicated charging station is a regular household power outlet. You need to bring your own cable (3,4kwh). Parking was occupied by a non electric car. Reception did not react. - French fries in restaurant were burned in oil and soggy 🤬

Nice hotel, great value , clean, good service, and all the expected amenities. Although the room was very hot, it was necessary to open the windows to cool it down. This is something I see frequently in all hotels. An energy-inefficient practice that is uncomfortable for guests.

The hotel is very nice, with a KFC restaurant right outside, making it convenient for those who need a bite. The front desk staff was friendly. We arranged for Cristofer to be our friendly and helpful assistant, and he proactively called to inquire about assistance. I would definitely go there again if I had the chance. Highly recommended.

The mattress was good. The room was large. Although there was a light strange smell. It seems to be an old building that was recently renovated. The location is okay although it is a bit far from the station. But it's near to the old town center. It faces the main street so some traffic can be heard through the window.

Close to palais de congres. Many bus lines pass by main street. Easy to go anywhere in perpignan.

The noise was incredibly loud, a constant rumbling that made it impossible to sleep. I marked it as four stars, thinking it was a four-star hotel, but it turned out to be about three stars, roughly equivalent to a budget hotel like Home Inn. Very bad.

We made a last minute booking after the fires in Aude meant we needed a new place to stay. We were greeted warmly and with great care and speed we were given two comfortable rooms. A very pleasant room in a nice environment. There is really nothing bad to say about this part of it - a great stay in a tasteful room with a great jacuzzi. But be mindful: in Google maps the hotel is listed as having a gym or fitness studio: but that turns out to be a lie. They do have a pool and a spa but *no* gym.

Everything was great, we'd happily stay again. We always stop here on our way to Spain. We're very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Excellent service, good food, and a secure, camera-monitored parking lot. It's pet-friendly, so we can stay here with our dog. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again next time.

It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Our third year stopping overnight to and from Spain with two dogs. Fab hotel for the purpose, a small number of rooms with garden if you have dogs with you, clean basic rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are great and the breakfast is good value for money with a good selection of foods. The car park is secured at night,All in all can highly recommend.

The toilet and shower in the hotel room are separate, which is very convenient! The water is large, the temperature is stable, and the hygiene is also OK. The front desk brother and sister are very nice, can provide bilingual services in English and French, and parking is free.

Basic Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.

Roads bad to find yourselves around, we ere told no food on arrival there were three restaurants on supposed to be open closed. 2 bit pricey, ate in one not good service.

Good and cheap place to stay overnight on the way. The rooms are tiny. The shower smelled awful but when we ran some water it was okay. We could hear cars pass on the nearby motorway.

This is our choice of budget price hotels in the Perpignan area. We always stay here to and from Spanish holidays. The reception staff are always friendly and the rooms although small are clean with ensuites. Parking is safe which is very important. We have already booked again for our next trip.

An amazing place to stay - really helpful and giving staff. They looked after our bags, sorted a discrepancy with the booking without fuss and gave advice about the local transportation system. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really close to the station and in easy walking distance to the historic old centre of Perpignan. Audrey at the hotel was a picture of helpfulness. Our room 104 had a bath in the bedroom as well as an en-suite. The crowning glory was access to a terrace - where we had a picnic!

It was an ok room, all we needed for a stopover! We were given towels at no extra cost as they don’t normally supply in a side car room! No toilet or shower in these rooms, a sink yes! But toilets & showers in the hall were next to the room and both very clean! One thing is that the floor was sticking like glue, I cleaned it again myself, but it’s the actual flooring itself! It was ok. The pictures on the website do not match reality. I think the rate is overpriced and not worth it. We couldn't connect to the wifi, wasn't given a password. When we reached out for the password, we were directed to a recording that was in French (I do not speak French).
