We needed a cheap stopover for a couple of nights to attend a rugby match and this was ideal. The hotel was generally clean, beds were small but surprisingly comfortable, all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The young lad on reception stood out.
The location was perfect. A few minutes walk from the metro, a couple of main bus stops, a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and a reasonable walk from the city centre and attractions.
There is so much to see and do in Toulouse that we literally just needed somewhere to sleep and leave our stuff and this was perfect.

Beautiful room and good location, even after arriving during the night with help of kiosk it was very easy to check in and the next day, very kindly they kept my luggages while i visited the city. Highly recommended.

The room is very tiny! It’s so noisy in the morning you can hear people talking and shutting doors from 7am. Please avoid it, there are many better hotels around.

It was a good experience in general. After 7 hours of traveling time it was a little tough to wait for the lady who was on the phone with a colleague for 10 minutes while we wait in front of her. We were given a room with an awful smell but we're changed to another when requested.

Quiet overnight stay. Very warm welcome: the staff is friendly and attentive to our requests. The room is clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable bedding. The breakfast is varied with quality products and a lovely person to welcome us. We will come back with pleasure.

A sewer smell coming from the bathroom was terrible!!!
The bedroom floor wasn't cleaned, a big stain of something I don't know!!
Breakfast was pretty light, not much choice for the price!!

Pretty much what you'd expect. Somewhat basic, corridors are decorated like a youth hostel, but the bed is comfortable and spacious, the shower is good and I was not disturbed by noise from inside or outside the hotel. They lose a star though because there was an intermittent and very loud drainage noise coming from the shower drain, that seemed to be related to usage by other rooms. I guess it means there is no trap/S-bend in the drain? I'm any case, I was able to remove the drain cap and stuff a towel in there, which made the noise acceptable.
