Friendly staff. Bar is open all night. The room was cleaned every day. You're in the heart of Toulouse, just 15 minutes from the airport on the public bus shuttle which stops nearby at Jeanne d'Arc. You can pay by tapping any bank card as you get on the bus, no need to buy a ticket.

The hotel is not significantly different from other Ibis hotels in France. Very good location – a few minutes' walk to the main square of this beautiful city. Standard breakfast, friendly but not particularly warm service. Not enough parking spaces. Modest rooms, the hotel is getting on in years. I'll skip the view from the window ;)

Excellent location in a well-known hotel group. For me, the main thing was to find the best price, a good location, and breakfast included. The hotel did a great job with both of these. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but that's not surprising. The breakfast selection was also varied (not just sweet breads), for which I am especially grateful.

Rooms small and dated, poor ventilation in toilet. Despite the hot weather, the hotel central Aircon was not turned on, so every room's air conditioning couldn't work, which was falsely stated in the hotel booking site that Aircon is available.. we opened the windows for fresh air and ended up being bitten by mosquitos.. At least the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are basic and on the small side but served it's purpose. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were fantastic. We were there for a rugby weekend. Stadium was a 30 minute walk away. It is a minute walk from the main street, so handy for local bars and restaurants. There is a brilliant market 5 minutes away for lots of beautiful local produce. Positive factors: good atmosphere, excellent location, good breakfast and cleanliness. Negative factor: poor soundproofing of the rooms

It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious, and I was able to relax. The room was also soundproofed. The kitchen was new and clean. I would like to use it again.

This apartment was great for what we needed. Simplicty, space and secure parking. It's not immediately obvious but there is a little supermarket and chemist very close by. We walked into the square (about 2km). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A superb hotel, with clean, modern rooms, a small, refreshing outdoor pool, and very upbeat, friendly and helpful staff. It also is the perfect location and moderate price if you wish to visit the Halle de Machine (a five minute drive). We did not eat at the restaurant because they were hosting a very large tour group, but the food looks delicious and everyone was happy. Breakfast was absolutely amazing...

A good value and convenience to cite d’espace

Hotel is dead, half empty. Menu of the restaurant in lift and customer online ePages - but never open, not even have the lights switched on. Room is dark. Minimum of furniture in the room. OK if all you want to have a wash then sleep … Never worthy the name of Ibis Styles … maybe a bigger room than a Ibis Budget 🤷🙈

I found this hotel by searching on parking space and electric charging available. The parking space was perfect but there was no possibility to charge my car. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The bed was hard but somehow I slept really good and felt refreshed the next morning. The biggest plus was breakfast. It was similar to the experience in Sweden, which is a good thing. I can recommend...

Very pleasant hotel, in a very green setting. A few minutes by car from the “Cité de l’espace”. Large private parking, swimming pool open in summer. There is a kitchen and cooking utensils in the room. You can go to the nearby vegetable market to buy seafood and other ingredients to cook yourself. The nearby subway station sells seasoning and sauce packets.

A practical hotel in good condition with friendly staff. The area isn't exactly the prettiest, but the metro is only 5 minutes away and takes you to the city center. Breakfast was good, though perhaps a bit monotonous for a 6-night stay.

It seems to be more Ibis Budget, it is small, but ok. In the morning they ask us to leave the room at check-out hour, because they had to clean it for the next travelers. The breakfast is ok, they had all you need to start the day with energy.

The man working in the afternoon was wonderful. The man working at 5am was awful. Screamed at me as I was leaving to catch my train about a tax that I had already paid the night before. Location is an asset for this hotel. Facilities were well maintained, but beds were not that comfortable. Service was average.

Very close to Toulouse train station, just across the road, normal breakfast, delicious croissants, soft and fluffy. There are few sockets in the room, no sockets by the bed, inconvenient to charge at night.

Everything was fine and it was easy to use public transportation. Toulouse is not a very big city, so I had no trouble walking around the accommodation.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in Toulouse. It's located in the Capitol, the busiest part of the city, but it's a relatively good value. It's clean (by French standards). I recommend it.

Very well-located hotel near the train station and the Capitol. Large, renovated room, comfortable, clean bed, air-conditioned room. The only downside is that the room is on the ground floor and overlooks the street, but the value for money is excellent. The decor lacks a local touch: frames with photos or paintings or artists from Toulouse would add a plus to this room.

It is a mobile historical building, but the layout is not very square. The transportation location is very convenient. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete.

Everyone on the staff of Hotel Albert 1er in Toulouse City Centre was wonderful. Karen, especially was extra helpful and patient. She answered all my questions, every day, booked taxis and made very wise suggestions. The room was perfect and when I emailed requests before I arrived the whole staff was very responsive. What a pleasant stay! Albert1er is practically a stone's throw from the capitole, Toulouse's center, yet on a safe little side street which keeps the noise and traffic down. Lobby is inviting, staff is welcoming. The room is a bit of a squeeze, but the bed was clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay in Toulose! The lady receptionist was very welcoming. She is very accommodating to the guest and she makes you feel very welcome. I will come back and stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended

The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center.. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby. I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells.

This is a lovely, warm and welcoming hotel. Rooms are lovely and comfortable and bed linen, towels etc were very clean. I can't speak highly enough of the staff who were always pleasant and willing to help.

Okay Hotel, rooms ok but very dated, especially the bathroom. You get what you pay for but its a bit of a stretch to call this an airport hotel as its a good 10 mins away and 30 min walk to the nearest tram stop. (Arènes Romaines) WiFi dosen't work and neither did the TV remote, also no hotel information in the room. Check in and Check out was easy though and staff very friendly.

I had a short business trip to Toulouse and the Hotel was good for what I needed. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport bus. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, theair conditioning was excellent and was just what was needed on what was a very hot day.

Everything you need from a hotel, clean and the most friendly staff. Great local travel advice - high level of spoksen English. Little bit out of the centre and Google doesn't have good information on public transport - use the bus from the station to the centre of the city and catch the L7 bus to the Route de Revel stop. This stop is right outside the hotel.

This is an autonomous entry hotel which I didn't realise when I was booking. I would have preferred staff on site, but managed to make the various digital locks work OK. Difficult also to securely store my bicycle so probably not the easiest place for people on bicycles.The room itself was fine but small and the location excellent especially for the station, and local restaurants.

We were lucky to find such a great hotel in Toulouse during the busy August! My husband and I have a total of 4 people with two small children. We found a home away from home here. Very good surprise for this independent hotel. We received a code by email for access with all the detailed explanations. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the bed super comfortable. As a bonus a snack on arrival in the room offered and croissants in the morning at the door 😊, thank you. We will come back for our next trip without hesitation.
