Breakfast was not included. Regardless, my flight was very early, before breakfast was served.

The rooms were very clean and fresh. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they did offer us coffee or tea. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our free transport to the airport was right on time. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

One of the best Courtyards I have stayed . Located close to airport . We had a late incoming flight so we stayed here on arrival and drove to Carcassone the next morning. Staff was great , rooms were clean and quiet but compared to the US breakfast was amazing - why can we not do this in the US !

Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

Friendly staff. Bar is open all night. The room was cleaned every day. You're in the heart of Toulouse, just 15 minutes from the airport on the public bus shuttle which stops nearby at Jeanne d'Arc. You can pay by tapping any bank card as you get on the bus, no need to buy a ticket.

The hotel is not significantly different from other Ibis hotels in France. Very good location – a few minutes' walk to the main square of this beautiful city. Excellent location in a well-known hotel group. For me, the main thing was to find the best price, a good location, and breakfast included. The hotel did a great job with both of these. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but that's not surprising. The breakfast selection was also varied (not just sweet breads), for which I am especially grateful.

Rooms small and dated, poor ventilation in toilet. Despite the hot weather, the hotel central Aircon was not turned on, so every room's air conditioning couldn't work, which was falsely stated in the hotel booking site that Aircon is available.. we opened the windows for fresh air and ended up being bitten by mosquitos.. We stayed a night at this hotel. Truly enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible in helping us having a comfortable stay. Location was central yet our room was clean and quiet. I gave a 4 star just because we had a sofa bed and it was noisy and uncomfortable. Everything else, its a great hotel. Would be more than happy to go back and stay here many more times.

A lovely hotel located in the center of Toulouse. The staff are nice and very helpful. I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast—there’s a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with perfect location

The room was ok and the location was great. Parking is available in the underground parking lot at the entrance square. You can pay the parking fee of 15 euros at the hotel front desk with your parking ticket. Then they will give you another ticket. You can scan the two parking tickets at the parking lot and leave.

The hotel is great, the location is superb, downstairs is the municipal square, other attractions can also be reached on foot, there are many restaurants downstairs, no worries about dinner, breakfast has a wide variety, the quality is very good!

10 stars! The hotel staff was absolutly amazing. I stayed here with my mother in an apartment style room after a hospital stay. The staff went out of there way many times to help me with translation, transportation and other items. They made a rough time much easier. We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman called Joao. Made us feel welcome from the start. We only stayed for a night but overall we felt the hotel was good value for money. Car park was empty but the hotel felt like it didn’t have many guest, should they sell out I can see parking being a potential issue. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

It’s a boutique hotel but fully renovated, room size is not big but decent enough for Europe standard. Location is great, literally next to the city hall, but parking is a bit of a nightmare.

Amazing place to stay. The staff very helpful.  If you are staying longer and like a mix of restaurant and also own cooked food, it a good choice. We did our own breakfast.

The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. Hotel is dead, half empty. Menu of the restaurant in lift and customer online ePages - but never open, not even have the lights switched on. Room is dark. Minimum of furniture in the room. I found this hotel by searching on parking space and electric charging available. The parking space was perfect but there was no possibility to charge my car. The is a lovely property by the river in Toulouse. It’s not right in the heart of the city but worth it! The staff are exceptional. Our front desk receptionist, Olivier, was terrific! He booked trains and restaurant reservations for us and did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very modern yet the building was old and historical.
