Clean and comfortable. Night desk staff is friendly and helpful. It’s odd that in-room coffee pods are complimentary only for the first night.

The place was wonderful but the only problem a bit out of town and if you dont have car it was difficult to get too and from the town. Also the restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. Wifi not great. But the place was gorgeous and rooms very comfortable.

Stunning view upon entering property! The Chateau is clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and friendly. Within walking distance of town.

Gorgeous chateau in Bayeux. The night Receptionist/Jill of all trades.. was outstanding. She was efficient and friendly. Wonderful service. Our suite was clean and very spacious, which we loved. Dinner was superb...steak and fish cooked to perfection. Well done Chef!

Beautiful and relaxing stay...room very small but sufficient and very clean but was last available on chosen night....grounds tranquil...we took dinner in evening and breakfast in morning...both were superb. However this place could do with more staff ....we arrived at 2pm ...one at reception and one looking after small wedding reception dinner....same girl looking after us till late at night and...

Booked this hotel for five nights with breakfast, whilst touring the area war museums on my motorcycle. It’s super easy to find , well located to getting to the area beaches and museums. The hotel is very clean , tidy along with the room. Comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Hotel room had excellent bed and shower, but room only big enough for two small people! Parking no problem but not close to Bayeux. Staff busy and helpful when approached, but not welcoming

Simple. Clean. Secure parking. Friendly staff. A good basic stop point from the Caen ferry if arriving late.

Great budget option for exploring D-Day area, clean rooms, easy parking and close to all major routes. Only downside is not much around it meaning either more driving in the evening for dinner or very expensive taxis into Bayeux.

I have stayed in many Ibis Budget but this is my favourite. Located off the motorway but very quiet. Always spotlessly clean. Next door to a nice restaurant, reasonably priced food and drinks. Lots of choice for breakfast. Most of all very friendly staff. They also have secure parking.

Breakfast provision was substandard with provisions running out before 7:30 AM. Insufficient staff to assist guests to self serve breakfast which was busy with a large tour group. Better provision for this should have been made assuming they were booked and breakfast is pre ordered and prepaid

Nice city to explore Normandië. Hotel has no airco so it can be warm in the hotel room.

Our family of four stayed here over Christmas, 2019, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in the 4th floor apartment and it was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms. Very spacious and clean. Hot tub, sauna and infinity pool were enjoyed. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff very pleasant. Parking available. Location is just right for exploring Bayeux and also for travelling to Normandy Beaches...

This hotel is located 0.8miles from main train station. The hotel staff is very curteous! Very helpful! The rooms are clean and roomy. It has an elevator, restaurant and bar in the property as well as a Pool spa and sauna.

Clean and tidy. Very helpful owner. Situated very close to town, the Cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry, D Day museum and CW Graves all within easy walking distance.

The hotel was close to food and bakery. We had the top room which was recently refurbished and it held 4 guests. The gentlemen was very friendly and helped us book restaurants (la pompier or something) we used bayeux as a base to see normandy. Very good value and 2 stars. The surrounding neighbourhood was quiet.

Great night's sleep in a clean and charming room. The host spoke English well and was relaxed and friendly. Also a wealth of local and historical information. Breakfast with lots of coffee was wonderful. Bayeux is a nice town.

Lovely stay at Hotel St. Patrice. We had 2 rooms, both spotless and newly renovated. Hoteliers, Aline and Jérôme were attentive and accommodating. European breakfast met our needs. Excellent location for exploring Bayeux and as base for all D-Day historical sites.

Friendly staff. Decent enough for a night or two, but the shower drain smelled a bit upstairs. Bearable. Also toilet downstairs with no sink so you have to go upstairs to wash hands. Good beds. Stayed in unit 1.

We loved this place! Nice room (we had a family room) which had double bed and toilet on one level and then stairs leading up to a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and the lady who was on staff was so nice. She took the time to chat with us and joke about our attempts at French! The location is great as it's only a short walk into the centre and to the main attractions...

Fair priced, excellent for a night sleep during a road trip. Parking is a bit tight. Personnel was extremely helpful and pleasant. Very flexible with night arrangements (can easily cancel a night, pay per day of stay), so great for road trips.

Excellent service, I visited with my family and it was an excellent experience. The staff is professional and polite, the rooms are neat and clean. The attached bathroom is well equipped and the breakfast service is great.

We are always made to feel welcome, Caen is particularly pleasant,but all B.B. Hotels are similar. The rooms are great, like the picture-paper over the bed! Everything as it should be. Shame we don’t have time for breakfast when returning to UK, after a full days drive up.

This hotel is is aptly named, ACE. The room was spotless and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel highly.

The hotel is very big, but the air conditioning is very hot and almost non-existent. The front desk was willing to give me an extra fan, which solved the problem, but the restroom is still very hot. There are no cars at Disneyland after 12 o'clock at night, and there is no one on the street. It's scary.

The place is remote, there is a long distance from Caen to North Caen, and transportation is inconvenient.

One of those hotels that is so ordinary that you can't remember much about it afterwards. Having said that, apart from being seriously overpriced for what you get - a very cramped room and bathroom - it was OK just for one night until you can find something much better and cheaper.

Small rooms, bar only open for dinner time and a limited menu, cheap, but museum and good resturants a short walk away. Plenty of parking. Normandy beaches close, as is Bayeaux Tapestry. Mont St Michel is a couple of hour drive but worth it. Staff are friendly, the food and wifi are all good. Shops and petrol station nearby - Overall a good stay

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights here from Tue 17 Oct as part of a Leger holiday coach tour group. The hotel manager and his team were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful towards us during our short stay. Our room (#48) was compact but provided everything we needed. The twin beds were super comfy and the bathroom was brightly lit. We were both very impressed with how clean everything was....

We stay at Brit Hotel for business reason. Reception is fast and friendly. The rooms are as expected for a 3 star hotel, clean and bed is comfortable. The bathroom is dangerous because to get a shower you need to climb over the bath tub; and when get out you can slip and fall. The hotel is at 3 km of the universities.

Everything was good about the hotel and location. The slight downside was limited menu options in the restaurant.

Nice Ambience with good customer satisfaction

Quiet. Very close to the World War II Museum in Caen. Free parking at the hotel. About 10 minutes drive to the city center. Roadside parking in Caen is very cheap at night. You can park all night at 0.3 euros. It is also close to Bayeux and about 1 hour to Utah Beach.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice. The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns.

Hotel and pleasant staff reserved for the swimming pool, but closed until April and nothing indicated on the site.

Correct and its facilities fulfill the utility function of the occasion.

A perfect hotel, reminiscent of the Etap of old but a much better standard. Everything perfect at a bargain price. We will stay again next year to explore Caen better.

it was alazing clean feindly staff , easy welcoming. the one issue is the parking at night it was full so i jad to park disel car in the charging electric vehicle place , i was tired and want to sleep. coffe nespresso machine 6 bullets with carton cups and suger and tea canderil also. perfect

Loved this hotel so much. I kept booking it and stayed 3 consecutive nights. So chic, so pretty and perfect. Extremely clean and it even has a nesspresso machine and decaf pods. From having stayed in many hotels in Europe, most AC are not very strong. Le Carline was the exception. The AC was extremely cold and pleasant. The rooms are very well insulated so you can’t hear anything that’s going on outside...

Check-in was quick, the room was quiet and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel guy was also very friendly and helped to open the door and reminded us of the breakfast time.

Nothing to like about this place, just a hotel where you can sleep if you need to be around this area Nothing really bad, but: - There is no amenities in the rooms and toilets - I asked 200 times for an invoice.. - The breakfast is so poor - expensive for what they offer

Ibis here was the same welcoming hotel as I almost always find with Ibis. When I asked for a good restaurant, the receptionist gave me directions to one, and it was glorious.

Well located. OK place to crash for a night. No frills does the job. Window on road side during weekend can be noisy. Breakfast is quite basic.

This hostel was cute and very clean for the price ! Bresckfast was good, with freshmade orange juice! The style of the building is fresh too !!! People were very nice and the location is perfect near by the city centre, you can do everything by foot. Lots of parking around. Great for working or for a weekend holiday.

This is a delightful hotel perfectly situation in Caen Center within walking distances to everything!! The huge castle, the abbey's, so many restaurants etc. Our room was comfortable, very clean and had a unique design. The Reception staff is so helpful and kind. Definitely try it!!

Good location, friendly reception. Executive Room a tad small compared with our previous experiences. That said, up on the fifth floor, we had two "opening" windows (prefer fresh air to air-con) so that was good! Closed, the room was well insulated re sound. Stayed here with a rather large group of members of an Emerald Society. 45 people. The staff couldn't be any more accommodating ! Most of us had our rooms ready early, and the others not far behind. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff (especially Sarah), good wifi but fades out now and then, shower with a full door, good room lighting, quiet room, comfortable bed, clean property and room, walking distance to restaurants, good elevator, decent breakfast buffet. A nice little hotel, very centrally located. Easy walking distance to the train station, chateau, abbayes and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were wonderful, and the evening clerk gave us lots of advice for where to eat, the best things to do, and how to get there.

This is a very nice, comfortable, well-located hotel in Caen. The room was spacious, the bed was good, and I appreciated having a fan in the room (otherwise it would have been hot!). Friendly, helpful staff with good English. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all we needed for the night including a kettle. Good location for bus to the ferry, just a very short walk up the road. Trams were also convenient.

The hotel is situated near restaurants, château, churches, and Tram. A big thank you to Mr Stephan for assisting ou family during our 4 nights stay. He was knowledgeable and helpful in all our needs. This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel when we’re in Caen.

Loved this place. Just a small bed and breakfast, no facilities and very compact inside but great location in the heart of Caen overlooking the main canal. My husband and I recently stayed there for a few days on vacation. The rooms are small but clean and have comfortable beds. It was just a short walk to the rail station. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was wonderful as they were always available and helpful with information and restaurant recommendations. Also Isabel helped arrange us a great tour of the Normandy Beach area and Caen Memorial...

OnJanuary 9th we had the opportunity to visit the Libera Hotel. Thank you to Mr Travert for taking the time to show us around the hotel. We are looking forward to coming back next year to discover the new builbing with the SPA ! Thank you again !

Nice place to spend a few days as the rooms can have a small kitchen. The rooms are comfortable. These are a set of independent units that have a couple or more rooms. Looks like pre-built buildings but not in a bad way. We didn’t heard any noises or had any issues at all. The breakfast is a bit on the expensive side as in most places so we opted to make our own on the room. It’s a good value for money...

Excellent Service. Clean and spacious room. Very friendly host. I stayed here for 3 nights. When I use the washing machine on the last day of my stay, they let me wait inside my room instead of asking me to check out first.
