Hotels in Chartres

Great for an overnight stay while travelling. Small compact room but cosy and warm with everything on hand. HOWEVER, a good night's sleep was broken by what sounded like workmen in the room directly above us. Hammering and drilling at 2.30 in the morning for more than an hour....a BIG NO-NO when you have a day of travel ahead of you!!

Roomreview After a 6 hour car journey the room was clean and tidy but the toilet did not work until we left in the early morning

Good value for money Expectations were not too high due to price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in seamless, parking right outside our door, spacious enough with large shower room. Very comfortable bed and separate communal rooms for eating close by room if wanted. For price we paid it was all we needed for a one night journey break. Very satisfied. Just for info there is no kettle...

The property had an issue with insects which led to my wife having a fitful nights sleep. Also the toilet in my room was dripping all night. The location was useful though.

The room was excellent. We had our dog with us . It would have been a better experience if we could have had our breakfast together with our dog. Would you consider setting aside an area for guests with dogs.

Had everything we needed, quick check in and staff spoke english which was really helpful.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Book by online agent cheaper. Had to pay for carpark this time.

A good hotel in a good location, 5 minutes walk to Cathedral and most restaurants. Seems either refurbished or recently built. The room was a good size with large double door window. The car park was good with above or below ground parking, nothing to dislike. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food and scrambled egg and bacon. Strangely no black tea orbreakfast tea just flavoured teas, considering...

Friendly people, we stayed for one night with three people. Size of the room moderate, but it had good airconditioning and it was clean. So good value for money.

Good spot, clean rooms and comfortable. Staff were great and would happily go back. Only thing it wants is water in the room or some sort of cups or glass. Extra pillows too as only 1 extra.

Five minutes walk to the train station. The neighborhood is beautiful, with many small shops, restaurants, and boulangeries.  Chartres Cathedral is maybe 10 minutes away, on foot.  The entire area is very walkable and scenic.  The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. 10/10

Staff were pleasant and well informed, Room was clean spacious & great for a family. As a night stop before continuing our journey this was a perfect hotel. Only upgrade to make it a 5 Star would be to add Aircon for the hot summer. Over very impressed.

Chartres The room was comfortable, clean well ventilated. Disappointed that there was no lift and we had to struggle up two flights of stairs. Enjoyed the view across the airfield. Staff friendly and helpful.

OK Hotel for the price. Well positioned for easy access from all major roads.
