Great for an overnight stay while travelling. Small compact room but cosy and warm with everything on hand.
HOWEVER, a good night's sleep was broken by what sounded like workmen in the room directly above us. Hammering and drilling at 2.30 in the morning for more than an hour....a BIG NO-NO when you have a day of travel ahead of you!!

After a 6 hour car journey the room was clean and tidy but the toilet did not work until we left in the early morning

Good value for money
Expectations were not too high due to price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in seamless, parking right outside our door, spacious enough with large shower room. Very comfortable bed and separate communal rooms for eating close by room if wanted. For price we paid it was all we needed for a one night journey break. Very satisfied. Just for info there is no kettle on room but drinks stations available. Also only one pillow but didn't ask for additional so not sure if that is available. No complAints personally.

Booked this hotel earlier in the year as a stopover travelling down to and back from the South. On our way down our room air-conditioning did not work, we didn't complain as only one night and with broken French this is not easy using the intercom. On our return journey we had another room where the Aircon does work but the dial to adjust is broken, the toilet cistern continuously fills and there is a knack to locking the door only known to reception. Overall the room is clean and reasonably presented but the maintenance is poor to say the least. We have been using B&B Hotels for many years and this has been the worst experience we've had. Sort it out B&B Hotels.

The property had an issue with insects which led to my wife having a fitful nights sleep. Also the toilet in my room was dripping all night. The location was useful though.

The room was excellent.
We had our dog with us . It would have been a better experience if we could have had our breakfast together with our dog. Would you consider setting aside an area for guests with dogs.

Had everything we needed, quick check in and staff spoke english which was really helpful.

Gated car park which i was happy to see, although we had to use a screen by the front door to check in and obtain a code for the gate and the machine was only in french.. I did not see any staff at this point however, a bit of common sense gets it done. There was a guest smoking weed on a bench by the front door and then while parking saw another man from a second story room smoking out the window in a "strictly no smoking" hotel. To enter the room is a code on the door which is provided on your check in receipt. The room was tidy but definitely not spotless, a bit dated, a bit small and very basic facilities but overall true to description. Only 1 pillow per guest, not sure if you can get more or not as we went out for food, came back and still did not see any staff. There are 24/7 vending machines in the main corridor including hot drinks for 2€ and a microwave. Overall the hotel did everything it said on the packet, but the guests let it down - particularly the one in a neighbouring room who's phone was vibrating on and off from 2:10am to 6:50am keeping me and my partner awake! Not the hotels fault, however UK equivalents offer a guarantee for which similar events have refunded my money in the past - I have seen no guarantee with B&B Hotels.

Only hotel where you cook your own breakfast & dare not risk your health in their dirty, unhygenic shower. Black mould, years of dirt on glass base, filthy plastic shower curtain.

Great location, just walk away from kfc, macdonalds , and Aldi supermarche. Service was awesome, the recepsionist was kind and helpful. Also can speak english fluently. Room was enough compare with the price. No lift in this hotel
