A practical choice for solo travellers, offering a very clean room and a spacious, tidy bathroom. The room provides a beautiful view of the main street, although the floor has a noticeable slant due to the age of the building, which requires sleeping in the opposite direction for comfort. Be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator on-site. Amenities include a television in the room, and the hotel is conveniently situated directly across from a tram station. Check in is at the main hotel further up the road.

Great location, but disappointing service and room assignment
The hotel has a very convenient location, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. They operate across three different addresses and two receptions ,only one is open 24/7 and allows luggage storage, but the address shown on Booking.com is for the one with limited hours, which caused confusion.
I stayed two nights and booked a double bed with a desk. Instead, I was given two single beds and no desk ,I had to work sitting on the floor and couldn’t sleep well. I asked to switch rooms the next morning, and was told one would be ready by 13:30 at the other reception. I came back at that time, tired and needing to work, but still had to wait until 15:00 to get the correct room. No apology, no compensation.
The location is good, but basic communication and professionalism were lacking.
Hopefully management improves their communication and room handling ,the location deserves better.

I recently stayed at this 1-star hotel in Nantes and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive: both the room and all indoor common areas were spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations in this regard.
The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for a short stay, with everything I needed within easy walking distance. However, the only downside was the noise at night, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite that, for the price and convenience, it’s still a solid option for travelers looking for value in the heart of Nantes.

This is not a grand Hotel but I cannot fault it. I have a single room with a very comfortable bed and snowy white bed linen. The shower is good. The water is hot and plentiful. There are towels. Everything is very clean. There is wifi. The room overlooks the main street but there is no noise. You need to be aware that there is a spiral staircase and no lift. The hotel is in the centre of town with many interesting shops and restaurants in the small streets just 1 minute's walk away. I am more than happy with the hotel and will stay here again next time I am in Nantes.

Convenient location. I booked through airbnb and they gave me a room with a tram view as I requested. However, there was a delay in the availability of the room, there is no elevator (you may have to walk up to four flights with luggage), and the shower soap and shampoo was missing when I got there.

Clean, as new, single room on the small side but with superb en suite. View of the street very entertaining not much traffic, mainly trams. No elevator, I was on the fourth floor - ok if you're young which I'm not.
Really needed air-con. I was there in July it was fine in the morning but once the sun hits the building late afternoon it became an oven. Breakfast was quite basic but good.
You cannot check-in until 5pm be prepared. Staff were totally excellent. Ten 🌟 for the staff.
Despite the negatives I actually loved staying there. Perfect location in central Nantes. Everywhere accessible on foot. Cafes, shops, restaurants, shops and heritage places.

Great location. Friendly staff. Stayed in 2 different room and the one was much better than the other. However, both rooms were very good. Reasonable price so I would stay again.

I have to put a comment to warn other consumers... We can't leave a restaurant such as this to operate. The quality of the dishes is very bad, the fish is not very fresh, the kebabs are not good which is difficult to miss. The salad is very oily, full of oil, the meat is not of good quality, the sushi is not good because the rice is not made with the right recipe : vinegar, sugar, salt. These are just rice balls, too cooked with a lot of water in short it has no taste ! Go your way

My friend and I have really not enjoyed our dinner. The entries arrived quickly (classics : miso soup and coleslaw) and were not bad.
But then we waited for a long time the following, our maki and sushi, while we've seen three or four commands from, for the delivery Alloresto (drivers who were going back and forth through the kitchen...)
The rice of the sushi and maki rolls were bad, much too cooked. The skewers were the worst : the meat was not cooked and the cheese beef cheese was cold and not melted.
In short, I do not recommend at all... And my friend no longer. We retenterons another time in a few months to see if the quality has improved.
