I had a great stay here. Personally the location worked for me bc I didnt want to be in the city. I loved my room and all the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I stayed in a cool season. I might hesitate to come in warmer months only bc rooms dont seem to have ac but they do provide fans. However my room had a tub w rainfall shower head in its own room, which I much prefer to the open floor showers I kept seeing at other hotels that were part of the room w the bed.

SUNDAY OVERNIGHT STAY
It was our third stay at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a quiet area with free parking and there is a riverside walk nearby.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
However, being on a Sunday there were no restaurants in the immediate area that were open. We would stay there again in the future.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

One standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Joanna at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Joanna went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and answered all of my questions with a smile. Her recommendations for local dining were spot on, and her attentiveness throughout my stay truly made a difference.

Overall, my experience at Best Western Plus was excellent, and I would definitely return. Joanna's outstanding service is a big reason for that. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable stay with friendly staff!

Very nice hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. I had never slept in a hotel, in such a soft bed thanks to the mattress topper. The hotel is very well located in a haven of peace. So pleasant to hear the birds in the morning. The breakfast room is very welcoming. I appreciated the interior architecture of this hotel. You can see the greenery everywhere, it's very beautiful. The products are of high quality. Nice to find organic orange juice for example. The only downside is that I arrived at night and I didn't see the entrance to the parking lot. I parked in the small street and called reception. I was surprised not to see any parking. I was very tired from my trip. The gentleman wasn't very calm, seemed annoyed. I had to hang up. He informed me that I should have received an email with a code to open the barrier. I checked my reservation email and it wasn't indicated. (I booked via *********). I only had a confirmation pin code. I don't know what it's for. However, he still came to meet me and his tone became more friendly. Otherwise, the breakfast gentleman was very courteous and smiling. A clearly visible sign should be put up to show the entrance to the hotel parking lot.

Our check-in experience was wonderful thanks to Joanna's helpfulness. She answered all of our questions with a smile and go above and beyond to ensure us to have everything we need. Her positive attitude will make a great first impression, setting the tone for a fantastic stay!
