Good budget option in Tours!
We were passing through France on the way from the UK to Spain and needed a night stop where we could park our car.
Hotel Italia is basic on the outside but inside the staff are really warm and welcoming, very friendly and can speak English, and the room was clean, with a soft bed and duvet and modern bathroom.
The location isn't really near any restaurants but you can walk to the tram stop and take the tram into the "old town" area, or of course if you have your car you could drive into the town to park, it's about 5 - 10 minutes. Or a half an hour walk.
The breakfast was really lovely too!
For the price, you really can't beat it!!

Good for the night
It was a tight room for three people. No coffee or tea for the room. That would have been nice. Otherwise it was fine.

They were flexible with my late arrival time; that means they accepted me arriving at the hotel late at night with a previous agreed and arranged process. Room very clean, as well as bathroom. Cleaning service was good. The table for breakfast was already prepared ready for me to come. Breakfast was simple but good. No noise at the room.

Cold and lamentable welcome, the toilets in room 11 were unusable with less than 20cm between the bowl and the facing partition. Having made the remark to the hotelier in order to find a suitable solution for spending one night, the latter properly threw us out without any other option and above all displaying an unacceptable and inappropriate contempt for us.
In addition, the hotel is located in a very very average environment.

We travelling around France. From Paris to South. Like this place a lot. Very clean, prefect beds. THE Shower is AMAZING!
