The front desk staff were welcoming and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was great! However, for a double occupancy room, there was only one chair. The parking was a public lot and quite bad. The elevators were split-level and frequently out of service.

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

They had eggs, bacon, and ham, so it was quite well-stocked. The only problem was the small room.

The accommodation is quiet, the rooms are spacious, there is underground parking but there is an additional charge for parking. The breakfast is very good, with a variety. If I have the opportunity, I will stay again.

Just a stop-over for us. Lovely friendly greeting from Reception staff. Room tiny but bed comfortable. Very small bathroom, but plenty of hot water. Paid underground parking right next door, convenient but not inexpensive!

The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.

The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. You have to bring your own supplies (there is a kettle, paper cups, towels, hair dryer). The restaurant variety is relatively small, but the cleanliness is generally good. of

The location is perfect. It's a classic hotel, so there aren't any modern amenities. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Stayed here for 4 days.It was disappointing that they were doing renovations and it was very loud, but they didn't tell us before booking ，It's not marked on the map, it's not marked on the web, you can hardly know that it's under constructionthat，The girl at the front desk said they had to send us an email, But if you book on booking you can't get an email🙄…but the room was huge ,and it's very dry...

Good location with a safe car park. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel was clean, although dated. The room felt dark and slightly damp.

Hotel is in a good location, if you have to stopover, but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotel requires full refurbishment to bring it back to 4 star hotel standard, so bear this in mind. The next day reception advised me, that refurb will take place in October. Sofa bed was a complete disaster and I could not sleep. Air vents were covered in dust. Parking is free. Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility. Breakfast good and plentiful.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

The receptionist was so mean. I was rushing to catch my train, so I told him to hurry up, and he asked me why I hadn't come down earlier.

The staff was wonderful...from the front desk/reception to the restaurant manager and the wait staff, especially our server on Saturday night...delightful!

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Conveniently located The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. Breakfast was plentiful, but I would like to see decaffeinated coffee available without having to ask each morning. It's available in the room, and on the "Breakfast in your room " option, so...

The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

Everything’s is more than good, especially staff and they are really have storage for bikes, very useful. Hotel is not so far from Train station and main attractions, just few steps from historical street with restaurants. Love the staff. Great petite dejeuner. 24/7 parking is a 5 min walk at Indigo Nationale. I parked for 3 days for about 26€ with in and out privileges. The location is the best, near the central tram lines and shopping. You can walk to old town in about 7 mins. Great gelato place just mins away. Also, neat self service laundromat is just 6 mins away

Excellent stay at Hotel Ronsard. Location is walkable to main visit sites, restaurants, and public transport. I signed up for the breakfast; the portions were ample and the staff was friendly. The hotel is well maintained and my room was spotless. Do note that there is no elevator and the floors are reached by an interior spiral staircase that may not be suitable for persons with mobility challenges...

We loved this hotel! Big, comfy, and beautiful room with nice staff and close to the train station and old town. Although the hotel doesn’t have the elevator, the kind staff helped us with our luggage. The only problems with the hotel were no fridge or access to cold water and no staff after 7pm! This is a very comfortable little city hotel with really helpful staff

I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, with fresh products. I highly recommend it, especially for business trips, it’s very comfortable and convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center. The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really. Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff.

This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

The hotel was very convenient to the t rain station and was walkable from the old town. Staff was very helpful, letting us check in early when we had notified them of our early arrival in advance.

Room was amazing, spacious and with balcony. Breakfast with a lot of options and really delicious. Evening menu was quite sophisticated too. Sauna didn't work. Reception never had robes for SPA zone, managed to find robes at cleaning service ( while reception said they don't have). We absolutely loved our stay! We took the train from Paris and suggest getting a taxi or Uber to the hotel as you can walk from one of the trolley stops but it’s uphill. Lovely hotel mixing the charm of an older chateau with modern amenities. we loved the atmosphere, the nice dinner at the restaurant and the service from the team. We were a bit disappointed by the upkeep of the room - not perfectly clean, spots on the carpet, heating system not working well.

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

It is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful indeed and make my stay perfect. There are a number of restaurants nearby and you may find your food easily. I stayed there for two nights and find it worths each penny.

In the alley near the train station. There are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. It is the first choice for visiting the surrounding castles.

Lily was very helpful. When my tour of the castles was canceled, she found me a private driver who gave me a better tour than I planned.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds and nice food for overnight stay while driving through France. Very accommodating for our dog who travels with us. 25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.

Ideal location near centre ville and on a main bus line. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The dinning room was stuffy and too warm as were the hallways. The room was quiet but we found the bed only firm in the middle.
