Tours, 1 Pl. Anatole France (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable
Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK
The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.
It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.
The room was in line with expectations, close to the river, and in a great location. It rained on the day of check-in, and the front desk lady kindly suggested that we could order takeout and have it delivered to the front desk, which was polite and professional

They had eggs, bacon, and ham, so it was quite well-stocked. The only problem was the small room.
The accommodation is quiet, the rooms are spacious, there is underground parking but there is an additional charge for parking. The breakfast is very good, with a variety. If I have the opportunity, I will stay again.
Just a stop-over for us. Lovely friendly greeting from Reception staff. Room tiny but bed comfortable. Very small bathroom, but plenty of hot water. Paid underground parking right next door, convenient but not inexpensive!
The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.
I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.
The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

Great service
Fantastic room
Great bar and barman
A very special stay
very quite room, even in front of the bus station.
Close to train station and ideally in place in the city.
Nice bar, nice people, nice breakfast. I highly recommand
The location is perfect.
It's a classic hotel, so there aren't any modern amenities.
The breakfast was simple but delicious.
The room decor was very European and large, the breakfast was excellent.
Location, service and cleanliness are all good. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are not very good, but it is not inconvenient.
Great hotel, slept well and rested

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.
The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. You have to bring your own supplies (there is a kettle, paper cups, towels, hair dryer). The restaurant variety is relatively small, but the cleanliness is generally good. of
Great location as it is next to the Tourism Office. Clean room and the bed was comfortable.

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant. Super useful, spoke great English and very knowledgeable.
Excellent hotel at the center of the city - close to everything.
Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.
Conveniently located
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).
Great location. Nice big bed and room but the A/C didn’t work very well so sleeping was tough.
Good
A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you...

We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. Breakfast was plentiful, but I would like to see decaffeinated coffee available without having to ask each morning. It's available in the room, and on the "Breakfast in your room " option, so...
The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.
As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.
Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.
Value for money hotel, but in scruffy area of Tours, but easy walking distance to town.
Over all it was great staff friendly, service was good but Air-conditions were old and in good condition, not cooling the rooms, showers needed to be replaced with new ones.

I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, with fresh products. I highly recommend it, especially for business trips, it’s very comfortable and convenient.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.
The staff at Ibis Styles Tours was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4 (teenage kids). 5 stars for the breakfast.
Dear Hotel Workers, as someone who has stayed at Accor Hotels in almost all of our European trips, I wanted to give you feedback. First of all, I would like to start with the good aspects. The beds and rooms were clean. The breakfast was very limited but we had enough. Now I will write the areas that are open to improvement. First of all, the first issue is that the hotel is old but since the drains...
It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center.
The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really.
Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff.
This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

We just completed a wonderful 6-day stay at Château Belmont! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The staff was very thoughtful, so helpful and friendly. Room was amazing, spacious and with balcony.
Breakfast with a lot of options and really delicious.
Evening menu was quite sophisticated too.
Sauna didn't work. Reception never had robes for SPA zone, managed to find robes at cleaning service ( while reception said they don't have). It spoilt stay a bit - not to have robes Saturday evening and then Sunday afternoon in a hotel with SPA is a bit weird
Lovely place, rooms need sound proofing as you can hear everything in the rooms around you.
Pool very small and the restaurant is a rip off.
We stayed at Chateau Belmont on the last day of our holiday around France. It was the best hotel we stayed at by far! The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the grounds were lovely for a little stroll. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay! We took the train from Paris and suggest getting a taxi or Uber to the hotel as you can walk from one of the trolley stops but it’s uphill. Lovely hotel mixing the charm of an older chateau with modern amenities. we loved the atmosphere, the nice dinner at the restaurant and the service from the team. We were a bit disappointed by the upkeep of the room - not perfectly clean, spots on the carpet, heating system not working well.

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.
Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.
It is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful indeed and make my stay perfect. There are a number of restaurants nearby and you may find your food easily. I stayed there for two nights and find it worths each penny.
Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. Will definitely recommend Best Western Plus, if you are in Tours.
The hotel service is very good, small and exquisite. You can make your own orange juice and boil soft-boiled eggs in the morning, which is great. The room is the same as the official website photo. The mattress is comfortable, the bed is made every day, and croissants and lemonade are placed in the lobby in the afternoon. If you come back hungry, you can eat one or two first. The only thing is that...

The hotel is clean.
The restaurant is unfortunately a little small.
But the hotel deserves a 4-star rating.
Very clean, good location, convenient travel.

BUT - staff were not that helpful. Obsessed with Hilton process, rather than the customer. Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces.

Good location near TGV station and walk distance to downtown. Room clean with fresh green color. Would like shower room more bigger size.
Excellent staff, excellent location. Perfectly adequate room for a stop over
It was a nice hotel. I would say its value for money. Room was clean and breakfast is also satisfactory for the price.
It got essential you expect from Budget but two things were annoying: the pillows are too low and small , and breakfast was bad : coffee is bad , fruit salad was not fresh at all ...
The location is good
I called the hotel from the parking garage because I had a question about where to park the car. The call lasted 1:17 and I was charged 4,42 from my mobile phone subscription. It turned out the phone number of the hotel is a service number! That is outrageous.
The rooms are okay and so is the breakfast and service. It is Ibis budget and you get what you pay for. So that is okay.

Rundown property with 90s aesthetic. Bath tub/Shower was super slippery and shower handle was placed in a very awkward position. Dark hallways.. dark furniture.
Very helpful receptionist. Excellent breakfast. Good location. Old hotel however a good vibe. Our stay was enjoyable
Property is located perfectly in the center of the town in walking distance of food and a lot of shopping. Breakfast at the property is not included with your stay it is extra.
Depressing .
The room had a dark and dismal decor . It is an old building which is in an excellent location for shops , the old town and restaurants .
Located in the old part of town, walkable to restaurants, bars and shops, with parking for guests (reserve in advance) for €11 per day. Staff at hotel reception were very welcoming. We stayed for one night. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, safety and welcoming staff.

Very pleasant stay, excellent staff, dinner and breakfast
The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.
Lacking a bit of smiles and politeness
Room was okay. Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. The room was chilly. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable city apartment
We stayed for one night to break a journey. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. It's a short walk across to the old part of the city, where the bars and restaurants are to be found (we chose the Mangouste, which was great).
