Very pleasant stay, excellent staff, dinner and breakfast

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

Lacking a bit of smiles and politeness

Room was okay. Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. The room was chilly. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room (family room) was spacious and mostly clean (there were a few cobwebs), the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the rooms were quite warm overnight. Would come back.

I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, with fresh products. I highly recommend it, especially for business trips, it’s very comfortable and convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center. The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really. Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff.

This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

The room was in line with expectations, close to the river, and in a great location. It rained on the day of check-in, and the front desk lady kindly suggested that we could order takeout and have it delivered to the front desk, which was polite and professional

They had eggs, bacon, and ham, so it was quite well-stocked. The only problem was the small room.

The accommodation is quiet, the rooms are spacious, there is underground parking but there is an additional charge for parking. The breakfast is very good, with a variety. If I have the opportunity, I will stay again.

Just a stop-over for us. Lovely friendly greeting from Reception staff. Room tiny but bed comfortable. Very small bathroom, but plenty of hot water. Paid underground parking right next door, convenient but not inexpensive!

The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.

The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. You have to bring your own supplies (there is a kettle, paper cups, towels, hair dryer). The restaurant variety is relatively small, but the cleanliness is generally good. of

The receptionist was so mean. I was rushing to catch my train, so I told him to hurry up, and he asked me why I hadn't come down earlier.

The staff was wonderful...from the front desk/reception to the restaurant manager and the wait staff, especially our server on Saturday night...delightful!

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Conveniently located The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

Room was amazing, spacious and with balcony. Breakfast with a lot of options and really delicious. Evening menu was quite sophisticated too. Sauna didn't work. Reception never had robes for SPA zone, managed to find robes at cleaning service ( while reception said they don't have). We absolutely loved our stay! We took the train from Paris and suggest getting a taxi or Uber to the hotel as you can walk from one of the trolley stops but it’s uphill. Lovely hotel mixing the charm of an older chateau with modern amenities. we loved the atmosphere, the nice dinner at the restaurant and the service from the team. We were a bit disappointed by the upkeep of the room - not perfectly clean, spots on the carpet, heating system not working well.

Lily was very helpful. When my tour of the castles was canceled, she found me a private driver who gave me a better tour than I planned.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are large and well appointed with coffee, tea ,robes and slippers. Breakfast was beautiful and the services was delightful. The spa are is quaint and a nice place to relax. You can walk to many restaurants and parking in convenient.

Hotel in middle of shopping area a bit strange but I side was excellent. Nice room, excellent shower, loved my breakfast and all the staff without exception were really friendly. A very nice stop over on my way to my daughter’s wedding in the south.

I stayed before at this property. This time arrived in daylight and could have a good look around. Shopping nearby excellent. Restaurant good choice of food, nearby choice good.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds and nice food for overnight stay while driving through France. Very accommodating for our dog who travels with us. He loves the complimentary toy and snack on arrival. The restaurant food is very nice and the breakfast substantial to set up for day and the drive ahead.

This is a great budget hotel which we use for our road trips from the UK to southern Spain or Portugal.

Beds comfy. Bed side lights don't work. Continental breakfast was nice. Easy place for a transit stop. Parking secure and gate closed at 10 pm as advised.

Pleasant stay with family The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it.

Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to walk to from the train station. Tours is a very walkable city.

Good area, walkable into the old town. Staff were pretty welcoming, a little French helped. Room was quiet, very effective aircon. Slightly dated but good value for the cost. Breakfast disappointing, with really bad coffee from the machine. On the whole, though, would stay there again.

We spent one night there which was very pleasant, the room and the bathroom seem to have been recently renovated. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, nothing to report. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the city center (30 minutes on foot).

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through to Biscarosse - pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the hotel! Private parking a plenty around the bank, very clean and great amenities. The man on reception when we arrived the afternoon of 14th July, was excellent. He really took his time to explain the best places to visit in the city and marked them all on the map for us.
