A small, functional hotel, but a good choice for a budget stay; it's located right in the city center, you can walk to the cathedral and Tours castle in 5-10 minutes, and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby; the staff is very friendly and the room is quite quiet; the bedding is very comfortable; the €8 breakfast is quite reasonable, I highly recommend it

Between two business trips, I found a room in this hotel where the staff were professional and helpful. In fact, even though I arrived after the check-in deadline, they were accommodating and understanding.
The hotel is located on a quiet street, the comfort is relatively good, and the cleanliness is also good. The premises are a bit dated, but that's also part of the hotel's charm.

Excellent hotel right in centre of Tours. Easy walking to old historic centre and cafes, the Loire, the shops. And 10 mins walk to station (or tram ride) and tourist office. Very friendly owner. Let us put our bikes in garage. Rooms lovely, clean and en suite. Breakfast excellent and great value. We took tram and bus to Villandry but we had to book the return by phone ahead of time (the tourist office staff did the talking for us!). Curious system but it worked!

The hotel has a lot going for it. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The staff is as good as it gets. The bed is huge and comfortable. There is even a coffee pod machine in the room. But there is some downside. The entry stairs are steep. The lift is small. The TV is ordinary with no English language news. The air conditioning turns itself off.

Location, location!
Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, continental style, was filling but ordinary. I find the location of this hotel is a big draw, as close to trams, most tourist destinations (eg, cathedral, museums, station, historic areas, river) but is on a quieter road.

Not great at all!!! The welcome was very friendly, but the room was tiny. There was mold on the shower head and no water pressure. We were woken up early in the morning by the neighbors and cleaning staff in the hotel hallways. Expensive for what it was. Otherwise, the hotel is well located for visiting Tours.

Small, simple city hotel without its own parking or elevator. The friendly receptionist carried our luggage to the third floor. The room is small and basic, the bathroom recently renovated. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but only costs €8. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel was awesome, thanks to the super-friendly manager. They took care of everything, fixed problems fast, and really cared about guests. It was a great experience because of their excellent leadership.

A friendly hotel in the centre of Tours. The service was outstanding, Ryan did everything to make is feel comfortabel. We had a very nice stay. Merci et au revoir!
