I sincerely thank Élise and the entire staff at this lovely Hotel. It was a warm welcome from the start. Staff were more than happy to speak in English, which really made me feel at home.
The rooms were incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. A kettle was available on request. Bathroom had a body/ hair wash and, hair dryer.
This hotel is right near town and has a lovely cafe across the road.
Do yourself a favour and stay here. I was sad to leave. Élise and the team will make you feel at home. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their care.

Room is quite tiny but not far from Centre ville d’Aix-en-Provence.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. However, the hotel's location is problematic; when you drive to the hotel entrance, you need to call the front desk to lower the roadblocks. There are several roadblocks; you need to use Google Maps to confirm your location and call the front desk. Once your car is parked in front of the roadblock, the front desk will lower it, which is quite convenient. I recommend buying a European SIM card that allows you to make calls.

This is about a good hotel as it could be, considering that it is a modernized old building. Breakfast was varied and tasty, service terrific throughout the hotel, bathrooms large and modern (great shower!), good wifi, lots of electrical outlets, room was nice and warm although it was freezing outside. Only slight downside: I was placed in a 1st floor room which was basically ground level: had to keep the blinds closed all the time for privacy. Good location within walking distance with lots of great restaurant nearby.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel, clean and quiet, just minutes away from the shops and restaurants.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. We accidentally booked our stay twice and received a full refund.
If we are ever again in Aix-en-Provence, will absolutely stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel on a quiet street in Old Town in Aix en Provence. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Elise who went above and beyond to give local recommendations and ensure we enjoyed our time in the city. The room itself had basic necessities, but could use a little updating. The sheets were nice quality, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. As this is a smaller scale hotel, they could only check-in/check-out one at time, and this led to some wait time. Aside from that, this was a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again!
