Aix-en-Provence, 256 Av. de Pérouse (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.
It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.
Definitely recommend for a stay in Aix. Service is amazing. Perfect location. Rooms spacious clean and renovated. Spa and gym on site. Michelin star restaurant, great casual restaurant as well. But above all the staff here is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Special thanks to Manon and Catherine who not only made sure my partner’s birthday was perfect...
Great hotel. Please offer Croissants and pastry from Land & Monkeys for breakfast so we can have vegan options for Breakfast. Would be amazing!
Also please introduce vegan vegetarian options on hotel menu.
Walking distance to city centre. Valet parking and rooms are spacious.
We had a delightful stay with our kiddo. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super accessible to the downtown pedestrian area. Nice pool and gym! Tricky vehicle entrance but otherwise fantastic.
I had a very good stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, with large modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The pool was a nice extra, and the location is excellent – just a short walk to the center, with easy parking.
Service was outstanding, especially the valet, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.
On the downside, the breakfast buffet was a little weak for a Bonvoy five...

The service was great. The bathroom drain was a bit slow, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately sent a professional to fix it.
The Breakfast Buffet was great. There were all kinds of healthy options, and the fruit was so fresh. The service was good. The buffet included individual orders from the menu, which was great!!

Location is good, easy to be in the old town. Clean, service desk is helpful.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is modern and clean, with a variety of decorations. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. It was a truly relaxing and wonderful hotel. The breakfast was delicious and excellent, with a variety of breads, cheese, salad, and various fruits. I've recommended this hotel to friends, and I'd love to stay there again. It's a clean and wonderful hotel
The rooms were comfortable, and the old town was within walking distance. The hotel parking lot was about 30 meters away. If you're driving, be sure to pay attention; there are signs and directional markers on the wall near the driver's side. I was using GPS, and ended up circling the hotel twice.
Great hotel, lovely spot only a few minutes out of the village centre. Nice clean rooms, great pool!
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Lovely peaceful hotel, perfectly situated, enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities, nice spacious and comfortable rooms. Very much as advertised. Not a single complaint and very happy to recommend.
I was excited to stay at Aquabella for my first trip to Provence, expecting a charming boutique hotel surrounded by nature. Instead, it’s located in the old town, which felt a bit run-down.
The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the hotel itself was disappointing—the room was small, dated, and had a moldy smell. Breakfast was included, but we chose to eat out as it wasn’t very inviting.

Location wise for a one night stay, and it's quiet as we check in during winter ☺️
Excellent service. The woman at reception could not be nicer. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.Aix center is an easy 20 minute walk. Excellent pizza across the street and 5 bakeries within 5 minutes.
Nice little hotel, at an amazing price per night, stayed only 2 nights, free parking, swimming pool😊
Everything was great. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Would stay again.
Small, but clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Continental breakfast, with freshly backed pastries. Not really close to the city. You can use a parking lot near the hotel. All in all: good services for this price.
Inside rooms looks much better than outside of building. Friendly receptionist, very comfortable bed, good value French breakfast.

Lobby and restaurant is renovated but rooms are very old. Breakfast is very good.
Wonderful
Nice stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, nice restaurant, clean and comfortable room. Easy parking and near to town. Everything that we needed.
After a perfect refurbishment the hotel became a Mercure instead of Novotel. New, well kept rooms and beautiful common areas are topped up with a lovely breakfast room with great, well measured breakfast. I'm planning a new visit very soon.
Comfortable hotel close to highway but not noisy. Very good breakfast. Room need to be renewed but all was functional and clean
I dislike leaving negative reviews but I feel obliged to share my experience. The hotel is nice and well located. The staff are all very friendly and professional. However the hotel does not appear to have received any investment since it was built. All the fittings are very old and in a poor condition. The carpet in the room was disgusting and looks 30 years old or more and is worn and full of stains...
The room is spacious, the bathroom, washroom and room are separated from each other, and it is very quiet when the bedroom door is closed. The toilet paper is unbleached pure wood pulp natural paper, I like it very much!

It's quite remote and suitable for self-driving tours. The elevator closes very slowly and you have to go to the front desk to get coffee capsules every day.
It's a decent stopover for long drive to Monaco or Nice. We enjoyed the Friday night special menu and live music onsite. However, a car is needed to get to other amenities
The room is of a good size, with a coffee pot for boiling water. You can also ask the waiter for boiled water on the first floor. There are many free drinks and cakes at the front desk. The room is comfortable and clean, and the parking lot is free!
I had a good stay at the hotel.
Special mention for the receptionist, super pleasant
The environment is good, there is a big golf course next to it
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Marseille, surrounded by golf courses. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from the city. Suitable for self-driving tour, free parking in the hotel yard. The room is comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the shower is good.

The convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly.
The room is small and has poor sound insulation.
Friendly staff and helpful. They try to assist me in English language. Hotel provide the parking/free. Unfortunately no kettle in the room but we can aak for water and hot water😁
English communication at the front desk was smooth and polite, overall good!
After all, it is a big brand hotel chain. Yin had booked two rooms in advance for a meeting, but his colleague was unable to go for some reason. He contacted Ctrip to cancel one room, and the process was smooth, and the full amount of that room was refunded. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, and there is also a restaurant called NO MAD in the hotel where you can have dinner. There is also...
The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. Although it is not the city center, the No. 8 bus terminal is right at the door and it is very convenient to reach the central square in 20 minutes. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant. Awesome!

Good location and staff. Comfortable rooms and nice facilities.
We had a pleasant stay at BW Galice. Service was good. Room size is comfortable. Though not located in downtown, there is convenient public transport to city in 5 minutes bud ride.
This hotel is very nice. It is not far from the city center, about 10 minutes' walk, but the facilities and cost-effectiveness are very good. This is the hotel we are most satisfied with during our trip to Paris.
I had an amazing stay at the Hotel Le Galice during my stay there May 15-18, 2025. The hotel was great and centrally located. Very happy with the hotel. We had a very good experience with Mario, the bartender, who suggested customized cocktails not on their menu based on our desired tastes. They were very good. He was also very friendly.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. Private alcoves in restaurant, bar, and gardens, excellent food, and a staff who sees to your every need. Merveilleux!
A Dream Experience!!
Le Pigonnet is a dream! Beautiful hotel and surrounding land, as well as fantastic staff and service. The hotel is perfectly situated for both quiet from street/city noise and walkability to Aix. The spa is wonderful with rejuvenating treatments and a fantastic wellness area. I’d never been to a hammam before this visit, and it was the most relaxing space where my travel weariness...

Annoyance with your toilet flush that requires an Olympic athlete. No slippers or towels to wash. Carpet with stains and dampness in the bathroom, mold and odor (there are ways to capture moisture at low cost) otherwise very good
Very nice hotel, just a shame there is no catering on weekends
The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it is very suitable for self-driving because it is very close to the interchange. All facilities are good and the breakfast is rich.
The room is large, well decorated, with hotel parking (charged), and rich breakfast. First of all, the hotel is close to the highway exit, and the car noise is loud, so please consider it if you have sleep problems. Secondly, it is far from the city center, about 30 minutes walk. Thirdly, I booked dinner in advance at the hotel for such a long distance, but was told that it was sold out a week ago
The hotel is very new, the room is large, and the surrounding is not too busy. It is recommended to stay

Had a short stay here at the Novotel. Good easy place to find and convenient if you have a car - lots of parking available. Good value and clean rooms, helpful staff.
We really enjoyed our room and the accommodation itself was lovely, but unfortunately our experience with the restaurant staff left us disappointed. While staying with our 18-month-old, we brought some lunch back to the hotel after being out. We sat in the garden to feed our baby, as the day before we had eaten in the restaurant and were told we couldn’t be served in that same area — so we assumed...
We had a great stay at the property! Well located, great amnesties, the pool is great but can be busy at times. The staff is friendly and attentive. We felt welcome and could recharge during our stay. Only thing missing is a gym well equipped.
The hotel is well placed. 5 min car ride to the centre or a quick bus. Rooms are nice and fairly modern. Most staff friendly and pool area was just the right size.
Not impressed with the fact you cannot get any food outside of the restaurant hours. We arrived after an 8hour journey at 3pm and were told we couldn’t even get sandwiches or any other food until the restaurant opened at 7pm. If you...

Very nice hotel, recently refurbished. Rooms are a good size with room to put 2 small suitcases and still walk round considering the hotel is very central this is quite good. The room was quite spacious and clean; there were even extra duvets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Tea and coffee were waiting for us in the room.

Stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Checkout is quite late (be aware if you are flying during the night) and arrive at the hotel early ! Convenient location . Very closed to the city center . Room is spacious and clean . Swimming pool is big enough to enjoy .
I handled out the request for tidying up the room but my sign was ignored. I was a bit angry and upset as I needed someone to clean my rubbish bin. My room was on the ground floor. A bit noisy. But the room is spacious with cooking equipment. As Ax doesn't have good food, cooking can be an option.

The hotel is very clean and looks very nice. Breakfast is nice and varied. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. We stayed for a night in transit from the airport which is very close as well as the Aix TGV train station.

There was people above us that started getting louder in the night due to them drinking on the balcony but other than that it was comfortable.
Easy book in and was left to come and go as wanted to. Parking available for free and in a safe area.
I would like more comfort, it's a bit cold.
Very nice and modern hotel with recently renovated & refurbished spacious rooms, some with small balconies. If you travel with your pet they provide a bed. The location is good if you are catching the train from the TGV station although it’s true that the neighborhood itself is pretty industrial, although there are some restaurants and bakeries around. I have rarely been so disappointed in a hotel, considering how much I was paying. I paid less for a 5-star hotel in central Berlin than I did for this 4-star hotel, and the "chambre prestige triple" was not noticeably bigger than any standard double room.
