Food and staff are great. Swimming pool with cover obstructs my beautiful view of nightly sunsets. A guick 100m walk and you are on the beach. My only complaints are only one English TV channel (BBC News). The AC could use some TLC, almost outside temperature inside the room (but that ls being worked on soon)

There is a pebble beach next to the hotel, but in the low season was not clean. So I would recommend to go to Ureki, if you want to swim. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The drying rack on the balcony was rusty, so we couldn’t use it. Swimming pool is not heated, so good in summer but in fall or winter is really bad. They charge extra for using the sauna 😒, why???. Great place! Delicious breakfasts and dinners, very hospitable staff, cozy courtyard with access to the beach. Barrel sauna is a separate art form! We liked everything very much!

I'll start with the transfer - they quickly picked us up and took us away... the car was a favorite Georgian brand, white, big and completely immodest! The driver was in no hurry, made a detour and showed us Kabuleti... Now I know where the Italian Julieta and Romeo come from)) got out of the car - a beautiful hotel!... modern, a lot of glass, and everything is in the forest! First impressions...

Really good stay with spa treatments. The black sand beach minutes away. Really good food in the restaurant and amazing staff.

Best place to stay with family!!! With nice staff and delicious food. The hotel is on the beach and you can enjoy nice sea view from room s and terrace on top of the hotel. There is big outdoor swimming pool. If you wont to get good rest go to this place!

Very pleasant modern hotel right on the beach front. Good facilities, and two decent restaurants, same menu, the better location being on the roof terrace. Direct access to the beach which get cleaned every morning. Hotel supplies sun loungers and parasols. The only let down is that the Black Sea is a sewer and most probably a health risk

The prices in the restaurant are exorbitant! They never wash the glass, windows, balconies, everything is dirty! The spa leaves much to be desired! The water in the room barely flowed! I liked the staff at the reception and the very nice young people at the buffet! Many thanks to them for this!

Work and leisure I have been staying at this hotel for 6 months. One of the best hotels on the coast. The rooms are excellent, the mattresses are very pleasant to sleep, and the pillows too. Good food, close to the beach. Guarded parking

It is a nice hotel on the Blacksea coast.Probably the best hotel at Poti area. Service quality is at international standarts. You may find local and international dishes and wine at the restaurant. If you open the balcony door you may listen to the sound of the waves. I hope it will be pleasant to have dinner on the beach in summer. I recomend you to stay in this hotel.

Large rooms with 3-4 beds, air conditioning, and a private toilet with shower. Near the sea and a relatively clean beach, a huge botanical garden for strolls.
