Wonderful hotel and beach. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem. I also really enjoyed the Musicians’ Park and the market in Kobuleti. Overall, this place is amazing — definitely come here!

Prices are a bit steep for the experience. Long wait times and occasional spicy surprises in salads. Orders can get lost in the shuffle. Music needs a refresh. The pool's vibe is inconsistent, with outdated tunes and questionable water quality. But a big shoutout to the friendly staff! They were always helpful and accommodating, even switching off Russian songs when we asked. 🌟

Really nice and simple hotel right on the beach. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff are wonderful. They keep their beach clean and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

Nice courtyard with a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. - There are no extra electrical outlets (sockets). I found a couple of them hidden behind bedsite tables. Slow and sometimes unstable Wi-Fi. Water from the AC flows right on the floor of the balcony....

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

This hotel is the best!! The staff is amazing, they really help with everything you need. This hotel is a smaller hotel, which gives you all the attention you want without being pushy. If you want their help they will do their best, if you want to be left alone they will do that. The family apartment is really big! The best hotel in Ureki, very welcoming staff. Good value of money. Most of the hotels do not have pool and during rainy weather when sea is wild you can enjoy the pools of the hotel.

The room was very poor. No chair on balcony, the water in bathroon when taking shower was everywere. The food assortimwnt very poor, food too spicy, kids count eat eat. The jakuzi not working. Kids pool damaged.

A large sanatorium has specialized in providing services to patients with musculoskeletal diseases since the Soviet period. Large territory, very green. First line with access to the beach. The only such facility on the coast. The room stock requires renovation, no elevator. The staff is responsive and responsible.

Nice place, especially suited for children. Its beachfront location is very convenient, and lunch and dinner options are rich and varied. Breakfast, however, is less suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Rooms are cleaned daily or upon request. The building is surrounded by a beautiful variety of plants.

Pandemic-related health and safety standards are maintained pretty well, food is decent, kids' entertainment with animators is excellent, and playing facilities are plenty. The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would like to separately note the quality of the food in the restaurant. Unbelievable breakfasts. Prices for lunches and dinners are the same as in neighbouring cafes, but everything is very tasty and comfortable cafe.

Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! Great room and view, thanks for that! The rest urgently needs to be changed!
