We ordered food and after 1 hour we had our food and not excatly what we wanted. Because the waiter didn't write the order and trusted his memory!

It is nice place. Staff are too friendly. Having nice swimming pool and beach. Hotel is clean and food is tasty. Very good prices for food.

We have just been to hotel anaklia for dinner. The georgian food was tasty accompanied by interesting Georgian music and the Service was friendly.

Super Hotel with friendly personnel, quick respond on requested services, comfort appartments, very good food, nice sweeming pool and acceptable prices. Highly reccomened.

I really loved this place. The pool needs to be checked. It seemed to have a problem. Meals are norm, depending on what you're eating. Area super, location super, right in front of beach , there's the Aquapark next to the hotel.

Good rooms good atmosphere and good space but service is just horrible. I have asked for bed sheets 5 times but didn't get it. They also said they didn't had pillow cases because they couldn't wash it. I had to wrap them in towel to sleep.

Excellent location for family or couple. Comfortable rooms, amenities, bathroom. Great helpful staff (especially Receptionist Mariam). We even got the birthday surprise we didn’t expect they’d find out.

Nice resort spacious in good location for relaxing however services needs improvement

The place is heavenly and has something for everyone to do... Had a super duper time there.... For non vegetarians there is still a lot of options but we need more for Indian veg options. Staff is very friendly and caters to you with a smile always.. The place also has a water park with amazing rides and jacuzzi pools, has a sea nearby for an evening stroll. So all in all its a good relaxing place

We ate on the riverside in the hotel grounds, assisted by a young waiter who went out of his way to be helpful and in English too. Good fried fish. Didn't go in the hotel or restaurant building.

It is located in the center, opposite the parking lot. Not crowded. Good conditions and most importantly clean and not expensive. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is full of charm with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a warm decoration. Restaurant is having a great location and a nice terrace on the river side. My room was nice and cozy with a wonderful view from the balcony and windows. Meals were excellent. Great outdoor swimming pool. I enjoy sauna, massage and gym room too. I truly recommend this hotel.

Affordable price, good location, but some shortcomings

The price seemed a bit steep for this place. The rooftop already feels uninhabitable in September. We only went up to look at the city—there was no talk of service. We booked a spacious room, the most expensive one, but the power went out for 12 hours (in the city)… Our requests regarding various things in the room were fulfilled. The kitchen (in the room) was already a bit worn—don't expect squeaky...

We had a great seaside vacation there with my son. Crystal clean rooms, great location plenty of parking space. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with dining tables and fully-equipped kitchen, and there is a grocery shop next to the hotel - for me it is crucial when I travel with k8ds..There are two beaches nearby on both sides of Enguri river conjunction, both are good. We booked two rooms. Both were spacious, clean, and had balconies and refrigerators. Perfect location. Very friendly host family who also spoke German. Parking was available right in front of the door. Great starting point for the beach or water park.

Lovely family, very kind, excellent location a few walking minutes from the beach. Anaklia is very relaxed and tranquil. You are just opposite of the walking bridge that crosses the river and so one can go to both beaches (both supervised). The food prepared by the staff is excellent! Best guesthouse in Anaklia. Place is located 300 meters far from the black sea. Host is very friendly. Hotel has small caffe which offers Delicious Georgian food. Rooms are comfortable, prices are moderate. Nice garden is in front of the hotel.

Very nice family hotel. The host is a very gentle person, I loved talking to her, always ready to help. Rooms are good and clean. Price is good. 10 min walk to the beach (that's not much), will return for sure

I've been visiting this place every summer for years now. It's convenient, clean, fully equipped and managed by lovely people.

Brand new hotel. Has common kitchen that guests can use. Amazing hospitality. I wish I could stay longer.

We spent there one night. Clean rooms, big and tasty breakfast, nice staff.

This little cute hotel has also a very cute cafe with delicious food. We ordered locally caught grey mullets(kefal) and pizza. The fish was so crispy and wonderfully seasoned you could it whole. Pizza was not very Italian but very interesting and delicious. Their menu is small and focused on quality and good prices. Very nice service also. Definitely recommend it.

It is perfact place, rooms is clean, ovner is frendly, he olways ready hels you, on the ground floor is shop and restourant, price is cheaper then servise

Ice cold beer in a frozen 0.4 beer glass for 2 lari / 0.50€ at the hotel restaurant! This is the best hotel in this area when you compare the value. Rooms are clean, wifi is fast, very good food at the restaurant, cooking area for your own things, beach across the street, very friendly staff and 24 h shop at the hotel! The famous butterfly painting by local artist just across the street!

Super friendly host and nice 4 people room a 100 meters from seaside. Clean and comfortable simple hotel, the room was not so spacious but really ok, pretty view from the balcony.
