Pratap's Signature Hotel-Resort&Spa in Anaklia

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 days for Summer vacation, although we had reserved 5 days, we dropped the last day because the vacation was turning into the hell. The room was okey, although the armchairs on the balcony were broken.We asked to replace them and they were replaced with the ordinary dining table chairs, which were not comfortable at all. The restaurant never had the half of the dishes in the menu, I mean even
lack of ordinary stuff like french fries or tomatoes, not to mention some complex local dishes that they never had or had wrong ( born and raised in Georgia, so I know my cuisine). The breakfast dishes were also bad, in quality and taste and serving was awful: nobody was in the hall during the breakfast and nobody controlled if the forks, coffee or plates were enough. We had to knock and call when some item was missing. But the main problem, that turned our Holiday into the Hell was the story around the Swimming Pool ( btw that was the only recreational place you could hang out outside, cause there was no any other comfy places in the shadow for relaxing) One night they were hosting a birthday party for the people outside the Hotel and next morning we noticed food floating in the pool. When other guests told the manager about that fact, they started to empty the pool.When we asked the technician, he said it would take two days to change the water and clean the pool, but when we went to the Manager, she deceived us that it will take just up to one day. Ok, it took minimum 2 days, cause by the end of the second day the pool was not ready yet and we were packing in a hurry to leave that horrible place forever.

I visited last year, and everything was good. That's why decided to come back this year. This was worse decision. Zero management. We had a late checkin but still room was dirty, after asking to clean, they come late and still coudn't clean properly. Door handle was broken. Indian came angry faced and disturbed us late to fix. Breakfast was same everyday. waiters were smiling but no training. One Indian who was owner scolded waiter very rude way and loudly in front of us. Pure waiter didn't know what to do. We felt sorry for her and left her tip. While she was working alone, after she finished serving then other waiters came to help. Pool area was dirty, everywhere glasses and plates. Music loud. Cutting grass early morning, when everyone is sleeping. After lot of complain woman came. Shorena General Manager. She was nice and smiling but at the end didn't fix any of this following problems. It seemed she didn't knew what she was doing. Area is nice, and well groomed. If they fix service problems maybe I will come again.

We stayed at this resort for one night and it was enough. It started when we came in around 16 o'clock (check-in starts from 15 o'clock) and they told us they need to find out if our rooms are ready, for which we waited 20 minutes, after that they told us one room will be ready in 10 minutes, the other in 20. 30 minutes later we asked and they told us the same thing. It should be noticed that another family came in after us and they got their room right away. We decided to wait in the hotel restaurant, the eggplant with walnuts was disgusting and you could't even taste the walnuts, the only thing you could taste was salt. Imeruli khachapuri was okay. The waitress didn't really speak English. We came back and finally after around 1,5h our rooms were ready. The room was clean, the bathroom not so much, it looked like they forgot to clean the floors. The hallways in the houses were really dirty, smudges of i don't want to know what on the walls, dirty windows and a plate with leftover food was not a pleasant view. Brekfast wasn't the best either, what especially caught my attention was fruit that looked like it was from yesterday. The rest looked okay, but quality wasn't the best either.
The good part about this resort is that it's very close to the beach, literally across the street.

I visited this place in December it was really under expectations. In the whole resort i was only me staying no body else!

Restaurant and Breakfast was extremely bad and food looks to be recycled

My room was not that clean and there was a spider web!

I planned to stay for 2 nights then i changed my mind after i have seen it

Better to be visited in summer

I will not come again
