Vila is located by the beach, the place is beautiful. But the beach is not cleaned, thrown with garbage. The sand is black magnetic, they say therapeutic. But the entrance to the sea through the stones, about a meter, further sand. Not a single cafe is close, you can order lunch and dinner here, the barbecue was excellent. Soups cook delicious. Soup 4-5 GEL. Barbecue 9 GEL. Across the street, fruits...

Food and staff are great. Swimming pool with cover obstructs my beautiful view of nightly sunsets. A guick 100m walk and you are on the beach. My only complaints are only one English TV channel (BBC News). The AC could use some TLC, almost outside temperature inside the room (but that ls being worked on soon)

There is a pebble beach next to the hotel, but in the low season was not clean. So I would recommend to go to Ureki, if you want to swim. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The drying rack on the balcony was rusty, so we couldn’t use it. Swimming pool is not heated, so good in summer but in fall or winter is really bad. They charge extra for using the sauna 😒, why???. Great place! Delicious breakfasts and dinners, very hospitable staff, cozy courtyard with access to the beach. Barrel sauna is a separate art form! We liked everything very much!

I'll start with the transfer - they quickly picked us up and took us away... the car was a favorite Georgian brand, white, big and completely immodest! The driver was in no hurry, made a detour and showed us Kabuleti... Now I know where the Italian Julieta and Romeo come from)) got out of the car - a beautiful hotel!... modern, a lot of glass, and everything is in the forest! First impressions...

Very cute place with a very kind host. Cozy atmosphere, like in a countryhouse. Big and tasty breakfasts for a price of a dish in the city.

Fantastic place! Beautiful rooms with incredible views, super quiet, clean, well equipped. All the food we ordered was freshly made and so tasty. The owner and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and kind. I really recommend it to everyone!

Marvelous place, the host is very charming and nice. The villa has everything one needs for a peaceful vacation by the sea, making barbeque, sunbathing and probably singing some karaoke : )

My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. A quiet (!!!), cozy place, with a pristine beach (cleaned every morning), and the house is located right on the seashore. The on-site cafe, by the picturesque pond, deserves special mention. You can come here just for a tasty and safe meal – all the ingredients are fresh, and the staff are amazing cooks! You can choose familiar dishes or try...

If you want to meet an angel on planet earth, I suggest you go to this hotel because Irma is best host,top chef and very mercyful💯

The hotel is middle class. Ordinary rooms, first line to the sea. Exit directly to the beach. The price for a double room is 50 Larry. On average, the price is 70-100 Larry. It's not expensive. Luxury hotels are here up to 220-300 Larry. Sandy beach (black magnetic sand). The sea is clean. The air is fresh, the food is tasty, people are hospitable.

Well ... Not really. I like everything else in Georgia outside this place. Maybe something will change. Let's say a deep commune.

Overall nothing special. restaurant on 3rd floor and excelent view from it though.

In contrast to the reviews I found it good, right on the empty beach. Room was normally clean, with air conditioning and balcony for smoker. Very nice owner and employees. The food was great. I want to come back.
