There is a pebble beach next to the hotel, but in the low season was not clean. So I would recommend to go to Ureki, if you want to swim. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The drying rack on the balcony was rusty, so we couldn’t use it. Swimming pool is not heated, so good in summer but in fall or winter is really bad. They charge extra for using the sauna 😒, why???. Great place! Delicious breakfasts and dinners, very hospitable staff, cozy courtyard with access to the beach. Barrel sauna is a separate art form! We liked everything very much!

I'll start with the transfer - they quickly picked us up and took us away... the car was a favorite Georgian brand, white, big and completely immodest! The driver was in no hurry, made a detour and showed us Kabuleti... Now I know where the Italian Julieta and Romeo come from)) got out of the car - a beautiful hotel!... modern, a lot of glass, and everything is in the forest! First impressions...

Really good stay with spa treatments. The black sand beach minutes away. Really good food in the restaurant and amazing staff.

The hotel is middle class. Ordinary rooms, first line to the sea. Exit directly to the beach. The price for a double room is 50 Larry. On average, the price is 70-100 Larry. It's not expensive. Luxury hotels are here up to 220-300 Larry. Sandy beach (black magnetic sand). The sea is clean. The air is fresh, the food is tasty, people are hospitable.

In contrast to the reviews I found it good, right on the empty beach. Room was normally clean, with air conditioning and balcony for smoker. Very nice owner and employees. The food was great. I want to come back.

Very nice place, quiet sandy beach. Excellent breakfasts and dinners (on order). Price / quality 5 out of 5. I recommend it to those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The entrance to the sea is gentle for the first 50-70 m. There is free parking.

New rooms, comfortable mattresses, nice bedding, everything is bright and clean. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Homemade sour cream and cakes. The beach is a one minute walk away.

Very clean and tidy. In our room, the shower and toilet are combined, the entire bathroom is like a big cabin, but I like it even more. Spring mattresses with an extra thin mattress on top for softness. Clean new linens and towels. A balcony overlooking the sea, although of course only a corner is visible. Great place to have hollydays on a sea, nice view from the house, esperially from the top floor. 150 m from the seashore, sandy beach. The host is very friendy, she ia a nice women and can give you useful tips for shoping the products and sightseeings. You can use a nice kitchen yourself, so you can cook there. Rrom this place very close is located Kolkheti national park.

Found this place by chance for lunch and dinner. Good fresh food, soup/secondary/drinks. Great price, delicious homemade. A very polite girl. I recommend!

Triple room differs from double only in the number of beds. The room is the same size. Sockets spark, in the shower a bad pressure. The bed needs repair. Instead of a closet, a small hanger. There is no table, one bedside table and two chairs. But sincerely. Politely...

Delicious foods, good music and nice Staff

It is a decent medium size hotel with a regular size pool at the front yard. Black sea views can be seen from certain parts of the building. There is air conditioner working in all rooms, and its shower rooms are also fine.

The best hotel, the best location, the best host. I always choose DELTA!

We tried three restaurants in Ureki. National is the best.

Pros: - good sea and sand - good hotel service, people are very nice and kind - close to the sea Cons: - mud behind the hotel that smells on rain - 75-90% humidity, hard to breathe - hotel price 70$ per day was too much for Ureki - after 4-5 days you will have nothing to do in Ureki, except swimming in the sea - in the evening it is very noisy because of the sounds of cafeterias, parks and restaurants

I loved this place and its hospitable and warm owner. It is an affordable hotel with great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms and a relaxing, shared balcony. Rooms have mosquito nets, warm showers, fridge and enough storage space. I loved my stay there and would definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

A nice little hotel with a very kind owner who has a real passion to make her guests feel comfortable. The rooms are nicely designed in red and white, not large but very efficiently equipped. I really liked it. All amenities. The staff is very kind and attentive. The hostess is wonderful. She met me and set me up. She also took me to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is very close. Very tasty and nutritious breakfast (included in the price). I am very satisfied with my vacation. Thanks a lot.

I visited TimGiz for the 1st time and I was impressed by the staff, they are such kind and clever people. Everyone is smiling and leaving very positive feelings, they are ready to help with anything. Rooms are non-smoking, clean and everything is included. Prices are perfect! I recommend them and giving them A++++ review.

I was staying at luxury room which is the most expensive in this hotel but this room is much better than others , here you can find fridge , freezer two separate rooms and two balconies which are on seperate sides of building so you can always dry your clothes and not worry about where the sun is , and luxury number is just 30% expensiver which is not much money considering all the plus sides of this...

Stayed for a day "Live inn" in a 4-bed room with a balcony. Everything is clean, civilized, not far from the sea. I liked the breakfast, and the owners of the hotel Natela and Mira were just lovely! Very attentive, friendly, smiling hotel staff. The best choice is 50 lari / day for four, and even with breakfast! I advise!

Good family hotel with swimming pool.

What can I say. Solid three. No view from the hotel, from the pool in general you can see a bunch of construction waste and a swamp. Opposite the entrance to the parking lot, a dog lived with its puppies. I have nothing bad against dogs and puppies, but they ran all over the hotel, wherever they like, including and into the dining room. At night, they whined and barked, often preventing them from sleeping...
