Great hotel!!!!Particularly suitable for those who came for the cars. Comfort abound, clean and odorless the Council of deputies. TV,hot water, WI-FI. Restaurant with delicious cuisine. the prices seemed, priemlemo. You can leave your Luggage(things) of the guards for safekeeping. I was pleased more than. do not forget to book a room. The hotel has very good sauna there were four of us and for 2 hours...

We came here for a quirky experience but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Beautifully clean, well-appointed rooms in a great location. We chose the 100 GEL/night room – there are also options for 70 GEL or 120 GEL. Staff are friendly and welcoming and gave us a complimentary late check-out.

A rather striking Soviet era building, apparently the best hotel in Rustavi, so mustn't complain. Very clean, neat and tidy. Room, could do with somewhere to hang clothes, a kettle, heater & air conditioning. Staff are polite and pleasent, but beware, they don't speak any English. WiFi good. No hot or cold food in restaurant, but serve drinks.

Did not really adore it, the rooms were warm and comfortable in December , however the heating system wasn't working properly, constantly sparked. The cafeteria was crowded and no security there. Meals were okay though

My family had a good week long stay here. It was clean and warm. Everything worked, and the price was very affordable. There was a nice cafe, and Rustavi was a nice town to walk around. I really enjoyed an early morning jog in the clean Georgian air. My only regret is we didn't make it up to the cross on the hill above the town, maybe next time.

It's great hotel but it's bit old

big and clean. But WiFi does not work. You can connect to WiFi but still no internet connection...And no warm system. Only a very small air conditioner. In Jan, it is freezing cold...

The beds in the room were tiny, tiny, I was worried I'd roll off in my sleep. We had to push two small beds together. There were no complimentary drinks, and overall, the room was pathetically small.

Brilliant location. Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis. The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Good price...

Very nice hotel, new, clean. Just walk, walk, you do not need to take a taxi. Very near to the arrival hall. Food are delicious, waiter and receptionist are super friendly with smile…….

Excellent (and provably the only one) option if you have a layover in TBS. Walking distance from the airport, friendly and welcoming staff, 24/7 restaurant. Stayed for 1 night. Only good impressions. The hotel is clean, furniture is in good condition, there are all shower accessories, a good breakfast is included, there is private parking. Very kind, responsive hostess. Low cost of the room. Everything went just fine. Thank you for your hospitality ☺️

A very good hotel with a large parking lot, which is a rarity for Tbilisi. I stayed here on business and had a car, before that I stayed in Rustavi, but those hotels are not comparable to this one, because it is newly renovated and the location is just super (for those who have a car). Ten minutes and I am in the center of Tbilisi, ten minutes and I am in Rustavi. In general, I recommend it to everyone

amazing accommodation, great view as the title says, wonderful breakfast, personalized and time can be chosen, tailored to what you like, perfect communication wirh hosts, even got fruit basket and water bottles (would have slso gotten wine and a huge plate of baked goods) thy go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic

The accommodation is a bit outside the center of Tbilisi, but right in front of a subway station. Although we always just walked to the center. We had a very nice and spacious room, with an amazingly big terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was amazing! Every morning, different new dishes were prepared, accompanied by sweets (pancakes, waffles,...), fresh fruits,... The staff was great: very friendly...

Excellent value for a nap when flying from or into TBS. Lovely simple room and hot water in the shower. Airport bus (0,5 Lari only) running 24/7,stops just outside the entrance. If you go out at night,reception door key is not given so you have to ring the bell and wake up the very kind lady working there. What a pity! How about providing the reception door key to your checked-in guests? I would definitely...

Hotel is very new and clean, it's far from.centre but if u have car it's okay, price is much more cheap then other same hotels. That's nice place , not noisy. Breakfast is poor but it cost just 3.5 lari. So total I like hotel , higher quality then price .

The hotel itself was lovely, comfortable bed, good quality fixtures and fittings etc. It just seems to be true to that expression 'on the wrong side of the tracks' . Staff were courteous and breakfast was lovely. Reception staff would also organise a taxi for you to anywhere at reasonable prices. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel is close to the airport, but not in a tourist area. The hotel was the most beautiful building in the area, and there was only a dirt road. It's also close to the train tracks, but I didn't hear a lot of them. The rooms were rather small, but had a small kitchenette with water cooker. They served our breakfast in the room because they don't have a restaurant area.

İts more thab a hotel. We came here with big family and it became like our house. There is a garden where we made our breakfasts using the kitchen. Kitchen is very usable. Owners are friendly.

Many thanks to Zurab, all the staff makes a pleasant impression, polite, calm. I stay here for the second time. Disadvantages - noisy, poor soundproofing. You need to reserve a parking space in advance, the metro is within walking distance, there is a market and many shops nearby.

I want to thank all the hotel staff. It was difficult without knowing the language, but they helped us out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the room: comfortable beds, shower, and toilet. There are plenty of shops nearby, including several bazaars, a metro station, bus stops, ATMs, and banks. The only downside is that the windows overlook the roadway, but this minor detail didn't...

This hotel in Tbilisi is conveniently located not too far from the airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is nice and they even waited up for us to check-in at 3 am, which was very kind of them. The breakfast is delicious, it's homemade and fresh every day. I would recommend this place for a stay in Tbilisi.

We have stayed here 1 night in March 2023. Staff are nice. Big room but no private balcony. They have elevator and full kitchen. Room is very clean. Air condition not working well even outside is cold but in room is a bit hot and less air. Reservation is 24 hrs, we checked-in at 2 a.m. a staff still wait for us.

Cheap and best Hotel. A good place to sleep with a nice price. Rooms are pretty spacy and bed is ok. Some heavy traffic outside and not close to Metro. But for a night it is ok. Breakfast is an option and was pretty good.
