We received a friendly welcome. The room corresponded to our booking-it was clean and functional.
We had chosen half board-unfortunately the offer did not contain any indication that dinner was outside of the hotel in a restaurant in the middle of the city.
The breakfast was very good and the cleanliness in the room, in the hotel itself and in the breakfast room there is nothing to complain about.
I would book this hotel again at any time, but only with breakfast. I can't recommend half-board.

Stayed at the hotel for a meeting with our business partners over the summer.

The rooms are quite small and poorly equipped, but were clean and tidy. A big problem is the location, which is due to the proximity to the train station/rails. Since the sun shines on the hotel during the day, the rooms heat up immensely and when it's a warm night they don't cool down anymore.
Now you think "window open?" well, how was that with the rail traffic again?
I'm still quite young and could put up with the noise, but many of the colleagues were completely exhausted from this "experience".

The breakfast was on a typical hotel level so nothing outstanding. Luckily there were enough bakeries and shops in the vicinity.

Reception was friendly but extremely inflexible or incompetent. The hotel management had to be involved in many things, but this worked out quite well. For example, attempts to cancel incorrect bookings were unsuccessful.

Conclusion: I didn't really feel at home here. I wouldn't call my stay relaxing either. As a private or business customer, I would definitely not want to stay here again. It's cheap, but it requires too many compromises. I would like to work with my laptop in my room and not in the lobby. (Apparently WiFi only on the ground floor)

It has potential, but something needs to be done.

The room was modern and clean, but in the morning there was always a cooling system or something similar in the courtyard, so that the night was over (with the window open in summer). The breakfast was below average. As usual, the soggy pre-baked rolls like in every hotel. Fruit salad were cocktail fruits. Orange juice not available. The multi-juice was something for the drain.
Another positive is the free WiFi. Good location. Lots of shops around.
