After ski our daughter cannot wait to run to the Kinder-Eldorado. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the view was good. We are looking forward to our next stay at Sauerland Stern hotel

We were looking for a hotel close to the ski piste. Sauerland Stern Hotel was at walking distance. During our stay there was a child playground, they called it : Kinder-Eldorado. This was perfect indoor playground

Rooms were nice and clean. Food was good and enough choice for everybody. This hotel has everything a family needs.

A very beautiful and serene atmosphere for all sort of hideouts and relaxation activities. Perfect for group and individual outings with large conference halls and restaurants to accommodate large numbers

The hotel offers a rich buffet that caters to everyone's preferences, including vegan and vegetarian options. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms provided a comfortable stay

Spiritual experience. Stayed three nights. As I said before, staff could be more affable. Food was nice though and beds were fine. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Their price could also have been cheaper

During bike week stayed 3 nochtans with friends, friendly personal, good breakfast, and barlady Bärbel was walking like crazy with drinks but served absolute great, best of all! Walking wat to partyzone only 10 minutes and enough partyspots in Willingen

Small rooms and bathroom, but verry good wellness and friendly staff. Staid here for 5 nights and the buffets were excellent every day.

They care for you, talk to you, take feedbacks carefully. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel. They made our holiday all the more special and memorable

Overall the hotel is good, with good facilitées. The issue is with the staff with an employee being rude, unpolite, showing agressivity and not respecting privacy. I felt in danger ! I had to raise the case to my lawyer.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean the serves is very nice they clean your room everyday. There also is a pool, sauna and a gym. So you don’t have to get bored.

Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area

Amazing place to stay for a weekend like also for longer. Fantastic food, great selection (buffet). Swimming pool with whole spa facility was super nice. I’m definitely considering to come back here in the future

The hotel bar is very cozy and also has an air-conditioned smoking room. The spa area is spacious and well-equipped. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor pool and is comfortable even at -6°C

The sports hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the slopes. However, the number of parking spaces was somewhat limited when the hotel was fully booked

Very nice hotel, nice staff, nice owner. Rooms are clean and there's everything you need. I even had a little refrigerator in my room for 1 person. Lovely relaxing bath, sauna and infra red cabin

The "MeineCardPlus" gave free access to attractions in the area (Nord Hessen), free access to some cable car's, public travel and many more (documented in leaflet) local attractions

The price/performance ratio is unbeatable here; the rooms are a bit dated but clean, and there's ample parking. Located in the Usseln district, about 4 km from Willingen

There's a swimming pool and sauna, and the sauna area is particularly spacious. A lovely breakfast is served in a room with mountain views

Numerous footpaths and cycle paths lead to the Skywalk, Willingen, and other destinations

The hotel is quite good. I didn't like the service; the staff at breakfast was completely unfriendly. There is no first aid kit in the hotel. The breakfast is not bad.

A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.

I'm saddened that hotel chains in Willingen are jeopardizing the survival of family-run hotels in the surrounding area. The sauna and swimming pool weren't brand new, but in my opinion, still perfectly sufficient

The room has a kitchen which can be booked at an additional € 10 per day. As the oven didn’t function properly, hotel staff offered to help us out by cooking our oven dishes in their own oven

Nice, family run hotel in Usseln about 4 kilometers from Willingen. Breakfast is included and (apparently) sometimes a buffet style dinner. However as we were visiting, that wasn’t the case

A bit hidden next to a hotel. No reception staff, the key was in a safe deposit box, code sent via text message. Clean but noisy room. Only saw a female employee at the otherwise good breakfast.

You are very careful about the times when you arrive, as the door to the key safe was locked 10 minutes earlier. These are just small things on the whole, and the small hotel can be recommended without any problems

Contact the host by email or telephone, which I didn't find so nice when I arrived. I would have been happy about a personal reception, but that's my opinion

A very nice hotel with good service and great food. Although the wellness area is advertised to be very big, it is mostly resting area. There are 3 saunas and a sudatorium. The swimming pool is good, but not very big

And the fitness area is quite dull but enough for a run or a quick work out. All in all a good place to stay in a great central location
