although it is a big hotel, you feel very welcome, and it is a very nice location close to ski piste, and the hotel has nice accomodation like swimming pool, spa and kids room. Food is perfect!!

We were looking for a hotel close to the ski piste. Sauerland Stern Hotel was at walking distance. During our stay there was a child playground, they called it : Kinder-Eldorado. This was perfect indoor playground

After ski our daughter cannot wait to run to the Kinder-Eldorado. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the view was good. We are looking forward to our next stay at Sauerland Stern hotel

We didn't get to enjoy the ski portion but we relaxed in the indoor pool and sauna

Just 10 minutes outside of a ski area (Neuastenberg) - family friendly, super service and fabulous staff! Pool and sauna were lovely as was the breakfast buffet.

Excellent breakfast, subpar dinner buffet. Large, cool pool with limited space around it. Time seems to have stood still here. Excellent room for disabled guests, other rooms in need of renovation

They care for you, talk to you, take feedbacks carefully. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel. They made our holiday all the more special and memorable

We are the vegetarian guest and chef took extra care for us to cook specially for us. Buffet was good and the Menu was simply awesome. Staff is extremely friendly in the Restaurant

During bike week stayed 3 nochtans with friends, friendly personal, good breakfast, and barlady Bärbel was walking like crazy with drinks but served absolute great, best of all! Walking wat to partyzone only 10 minutes and enough partyspots in Willingen

The hotel is very beautiful and clean the serves is very nice they clean your room everyday. There also is a pool, sauna and a gym. So you don’t have to get bored.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Sauna and swimming pool are a good addition that can make your stay more pleasant, too bad they close at 22:00

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the wellness center was small but pleasant, the food was excellent. We booked a wellness weekend through Mydays

The portions are big, but in my opinion the food here was not really special. However the staff was really nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.
