Stayed with my mum. The room was nice. But the breakfast was outstanding. 5 Stars! Great selection and staff very attentive. There is a mini train very near the hotel which is free of charge.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of hot (sausage, bacon, eggs) and cold breakfast foods (bread, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, small cakes, etc). Originally we booked breakfast for one day but extended it to have breakfast every day as it was perfect for adults and children alike and worth the price.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food and drinks. I stayed for six nights and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

No balcony in the room, but when looking at the room photos from booking page there was a balcony in this exact type of rooms. Everything else was nice, clean and comfortable.

Great room at a great price, fantastic breakfast.

There is no reception in the building; it is located 200 meters away. The upper floor is only accessible by stairs and is not suitable for elderly people. The parking lot looks neglected. The room was okay. The breakfast had everything you could want. Attentive staff.

This was our second stay at this hotel complex (several buildings on the street). Once again, we were very satisfied. The service staff were very friendly and attentive.

Nice room, clean, quiet. What is a bit annoying is that breakfast is in the other hotel. Two hotels are apparently put together for breakfast, which leads to waiting times in front of the door, so another solution should be found as soon as possible.

Beautiful hotel, not far from the pier. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The bathroom had a window, which isn't available in most hotels these days. We got a very nice room. It was very clean in the accommodation. From the reception to the room, including the bathroom, everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. From the selection and also quality and friendliness of the staff everything was perfect. We'll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our time in Wald hotel. Comfy beds, modern decoration, a correct breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with all information of sellin and transports. The only thing we missed a bit was the possibility to have some tea in the room before sleep.

This is our fifth stay at the Hotel am See since 2018, and it's as wonderful as ever – nothing is lacking. Lovingly run hotel away from the other hustle and bustle of the town's visitors. Arrived on December 31st Super friendly welcome from the host 😊 The room is perfectly adequate and has everything you need for almost self-catering... Especially nicely furnished (😲 the unique lamps are amazing 😊)... Almost everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants. We definitely recommend the Alte Postamt (Old Post Office), Nord 54 Fisch und Meeh(r) 🤌👍... And less than a 15-minute...

It's a nice little guesthouse in itself. However, the furnishings are very minimalist and mismatched. The location is quiet, and bicycle parking is available.
