Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

Great hotel fist line to the beach in Binz. Large lovely rooms with balcony, good service and a very good breakfast. Nice spa area and a nice restaurant. Great for families.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite. The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness...

I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. I didn't like the room facilities: the furnishings were OK, the electrical fittings were outdated (the same as they were 20 years ago), the bathroom was OK but nothing special for a 5-star hotel, the bed... well.....

Family trip to Binz Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day.

Modern hotel by the beach Out of season; A room with a sea view was probably possible… Very limited parking but saved by friendly staff who drove the car to the sister hotel. Bar food not available at the hotel!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well.

Absolute perfection! (Just keep in mind to avoid deception that there is no air-condition and there are still today some people smoking on balconies and in outside areas. This really should be forbidden if these mentally troubled people are unable to behave by themselves)

Lovely place in Sellin We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment in lovely Sellin on Rügen island. This place is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids as it’s big enough for 4 people. The living and dining area is downstairs and the bathroom too. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms. The whole place is modern, stylish, comfy and very clean. Location is great too!

Great on-site parking, and everything was in order (except for a wine opener that had loose screws), well equipped. A bit of a bad internal location of our apartment which was right on the main road. Luckily the bedroom faced the garden.

Beautifully renovated, over-and above amenities (two styles of coffee makers), handwritten note with welcome treats and wine, very clean, tidy and bright, lovely manicured gardens, parking close to our apartment, very friendly and communicative host.

Fabulous place. Very friendly and very close to the beach and many good restaurants. We had a very spacious appartment that was spotlessly clean - and a wonderful breakfast also!
