Room was good, big and spacious. The hotel room we got was very near to beach. Nice location. Friendly staff, and nice stay. The car parking (You have to pay extra) lot was just behind the building, so very comfortable. Breakfast was good, limited options for vegetarians. But, not a problem, you can be full. Wifi signal was poor in room, and I say, it was not working inside !

Very nice hotel and awesome breakfast. Nevertheless, the toilet paper is quite uncomfortable.

Lovely place in Sellin We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment in lovely Sellin on Rügen island. This place is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids as it’s big enough for 4 people. The living and dining area is downstairs and the bathroom too. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms. The whole place is modern, stylish, comfy and very clean. Location is great too!

Great on-site parking, and everything was in order (except for a wine opener that had loose screws), well equipped. A bit of a bad internal location of our apartment which was right on the main road. Luckily the bedroom faced the garden.

Beautifully renovated, over-and above amenities (two styles of coffee makers), handwritten note with welcome treats and wine, very clean, tidy and bright, lovely manicured gardens, parking close to our apartment, very friendly and communicative host.

Stayed with my mum. The room was nice. But the breakfast was outstanding. 5 Stars! Great selection and staff very attentive. There is a mini train very near the hotel which is free of charge.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a large selection of hot (sausage, bacon, eggs) and cold breakfast foods (bread, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, small cakes, etc). Originally we booked breakfast for one day but extended it to have breakfast every day as it was perfect for adults and children alike and worth the price.

The hotel is about 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. Everything in this house was recently renovated... Very modern furnishings with lovely details. Lovingly run hotel away from the other hustle and bustle of the town's visitors. The view of the lake cannot be quite compared with the Baltic Sea itself, but since it is only 900 m away from the hotel, this is exactly the right place for guests for whom this walk is not an obstacle and who are still looking for peace and quiet to spend the night . First of all, thank you Ms. Müller for your patience on our arrival! The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location on the lake and is still only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Location really good, very short walk to beach, with shops all around, supermarket 1 min away and restaurants up and down the road. Short walk to train/bus and to the marvellous steam train station. This hotel has the benefit of being away from main hotel reception so you have an independent feeling – no need to constantly say hello to Recep. Nice room, clean, quiet. What is a bit annoying is that breakfast is in the other hotel. Two hotels are apparently put together for breakfast, which leads to waiting times in front of the door, so another solution should be found as soon as possible.

Very nice staff, in the hotel, reception, "Zum Kranich" (especially Mrs. Kaiser in the service) cleaning. The family room was a good size, daily cleaning. The food was varied, fresh and tasty. On the day of departure there was a packed lunch, this was very extensive, fresh and varied. The location is central. THANK YOU 😊 !!!

We spent a wonderful holiday in the hotel "Strandallee". The family room with a balcony was clean and we had enough space. The service team was always friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner in the "beach hotel" was delicious and the staff always courteous. We would love to come back.

I was a guest at the hotel with my wife. We were overwhelmed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as the beach is only a few meters away. We felt completely at ease and it won't be the last time that we have been there. We got a very nice room. It was very clean in the accommodation. From the reception to the room, including the bathroom, everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. From the selection and also quality and friendliness of the staff everything was perfect. We'll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our time in Wald hotel. Comfy beds, modern decoration, a correct breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with all information of sellin and transports. The only thing we missed a bit was the possibility to have some tea in the room before sleep.

The staff were very friendly and attentive in 2019. I was there on a singles holiday. That's where I met my now-wife. We're going back there again in a few days for a "Danish Christmas & Dreamy Baltic Sea" holiday. The price/performance ratio is still excellent!

This is our third time here with the family. The Seestern is our favorite hotel on Rügen. It's child-friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are plentiful and delicious! The hotel's location is fantastic! Beautiful design and location but lifeless Odd sort of a place - completely deserted by 9pm each of the four nights we were there. Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. I thought the Soltus hotel was amazing - after a 60K sweaty cycle to get there from Stralsund, we were greeted on arrival with a Prosecco, and the staff were charming and kind. The food was delicious - the hotel had an excellent high-quality breakfast buffet including smoked fish and delicious pastries and fruit salad, and dinner was unusual and tasty.
