I loved my stay at Ortner’s Resort! The room was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help

Room was very clean with balcony and sofas. Breakfast was excellent buffet. We got half board and dinner was also very good value. Swim-bath was a bit cold, it was not 32 C as mentioned on the website

Overall a good stay. Our shower door was leaking. The food was good except some starters. The sauna and pool area is also quite nice.

Decent accommodation, good breakfast buffet, although a bit funny : except Bavarian pretzels, nothing else to sweeten the breakfast

The friendly and helpful staff were such a surprise, considering we were in Germany! If the bedrooms had air conditioning then I'd give them 5-stars but sadly they didn't and the mattresses were too soft

Only negative: It's an 'adults only' hotel and on several days there were young children in the thermal pool, using it as a diving and swimming pool -- which it isn't intended to be!

Absolute recommendation – especially thanks to the best bartender in the world! The Mühlbach is not just a place to feel good, but a real experience - especially thanks to the great team on site

A special highlight is Tom, the undisputed best bartender in the world! His drinks are not only technically perfect, but also have soul - especially his Espresso Martini, which is simply legendary

We went to the day spa and had a fantastic day. The day spa offers excellent value for money. A generous breakfast with very friendly staff is included, and the pools were accessible to us until 9 pm

This meant we had the entire spa area almost entirely to ourselves for three hours from around 6 pm. The pool temperature was fine. The rooftop pool was unfortunately a bit cold

The hotel has its own thermal pool, sauna, and steam room, and also offers various massages – pure wellness! Therme Eins is about a 5-minute walk away (it's really fantastic there), and discounted tickets are available

The spa hotel is centrally located in Bad Füssing. Many things can be done on foot. The thermal pool, although small, is nice. Treatments such as massages are also available

The hotel is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very plentiful, and the dinner was very tasty. There's also a beer garden, which unfortunately isn't open in winter

We stayed here for a week as a retired couple and everything was great from the first to the last day. The kitchen deserves at least 5 stars. The food was very good and was always refilled

The hotel was 2 minutes from the bus stop so that was possible You can park your car in the hotel's own underground car park, the rooms are very spacious and there is even a small kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine and fridge

Fantastic hotel within walking distance to three different thermal bathes. The breakfast is an absolute highlight with some home made products. Especially Sunday or holidays, Miss Eisenreich bakes fresh home made cakes

We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms were very clean, the staff extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive, and the breakfast was simply outstanding

We went to Café Himmel in Bad Füssing and had two Hawaiian toasties – simply heavenly! A huge compliment to the friendly staff member who made them so delicious

This is a very solidly run house, everything is just right here: location, furnishings, parking spaces, staff, cleanliness. I got a single room with a very good breakfast for 59€ on a Saturday evening in June

Very friendly and well trained staff. Rooms very clean. A great breakfast and the lady from the breakfast, just great! We will book again. The whole place is very quiet, nice and clean.

Different types of bread, rolls and fresh jam, natural yoghurt, flavored yoghurt, fresh fruit for the muesli, and lots to do with the muesli. Always fresh sausage and cheese

Very nice hotel. Room is comfy and breakfast good. Only drawback is Fitness room as the equipment seems a bit random.

Great breakfast and plenty of free parking. Less than 5 minutes from the Europa-Therme spa. The rooms seem quite dated, with carpeted floors and a very small bathroom. But they're fine for a week.

Nice small hotel (40 rooms or so), with a great kitchen, very good Spa and treatment offers. They have their own Thermal Water Pool on a lovely roof-top pool. The treatments are very effective ( I did Jin Shin Jyutsu)

I've been a regular at the "Olympia" for several years. The in-house physiotherapy is fantastic, including natural fango. The food and the shuttle service are also exceptional

I've been picked up several times in a minibus. Unfortunately, I was ill, but now I'm feeling better and would love to come back

We stayed there for a short break from August 19th to 24th, 2025. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The food was delicious, everything was very tidy and very clean

There was also no alternative date or reduced price. the food there was delicious but mostly empty if you didn't line up 10 minutes before the start. no matter if it was early or evening

There was an old cobweb and dust that had been waiting for a dustpan for quite some time by the side of the bed. It's probably a corner that's a bit harder to clean

However, I have my doubts regarding cleanliness. The entrance area and the stairwell were clean during our stay. Our room, unfortunately, was less so

What I also didn't like was that the tablecloths were only cleared of the dishes after breakfast; the crumbs remained until brunch

That's not pleasant; in a 4-star hotel, you have to eat brunch with the breakfast leftovers of other guests on your table

Even a freshly set table in the evening, nicely arranged, only to find several clearly visible stains on the tablecloth

We paid a total of €260 for breakfast, dinner, and use of the spa area. The spa area isn't particularly large, but it was perfectly adequate for our one day. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a whirlpool
