Very nice and friendly staff, very clean. Always happy to help.

Room was very clean with balcony and sofas. Breakfast was excellent buffet. We got half board and dinner was also very good value. Swim-bath was a bit cold, it was not 32 C as mentioned on the website. Room facilities are good with all required amenities apart from slipper.

Overall a good stay. Our shower door was leaking. The food was good except some starters. The sauna and pool area is also quite nice.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Food is very good as well but the services at the bar in the evening were slow as everyone wanted a glass of wine and the place looked like short staff.

Overall very good experience although quoted pricy.

I would definitely not recommond this hotel:

-no WLAN: My husband had to attend an important meeting remotely while the WLAN didn't work at all. The lady at reception offered us to refund the garage fee and ort tax instead(cuz they seemed to be unable to solve the internet problem) but as we were checking out they refuse to refund any fee any more very undfriendly. During the 4 Days in the hotel, we only had 5 minutes Wlan at the most.

-The room was very old furnitured and of very low level. The light in the room and shower makes everything looks old, dark and filthy. I didn't even want to touch the door of the shower cabin.

-The dinner in the restaurant was of very poor quality and taste.

-the massage was supposed to be 30min and the lady masseur pretended to be not knowing that and only gave me 15min. As I asked her again, she gave me 5 min more massage very unwillingly.

Summary: Cost efficiency in this hotel is really low. The stuff were really customer unfriendly. The whole stay there didn't make us feel relaxed at all. This kind of vacation in such a hotel is definitely not suitable for young people.

Decent accommodation, good breakfast buffet, although a bit funny : except Bavarian pretzels, nothing else to sweeten the breakfast...
Beware of open windows in the room : they left it open but covered with a curtain so we didn't see it until the morning and from 6am all the noise from the outside was in our room as well... no sleeping.
Could be a bit cheaper.
