Reviews
Sincerely,
Thomas and Gisela Kunz
The building is very old and has definitely seen better days. It was always smelly in the room if you didn't open the window 24/7.
Overall, the rooms are also very noisy.
The food was okay and it was always tidy there. However, nothing special either. It is also the first hotel where you have to book a drinks package with half-board on site, which you can then only use during mealtimes.
There is an elevator... totally comfortable for me as a foot sufferer.
Top service... Staff always tried to have everything tiptop
Great location... Great room...
Very tasty food and above all always plenty there even if you come later there is still everything.
We have the 3 x overnight stay with thermal bath and half board incl. massage*
Just to recommend all around!
We will definitely come back to the Phoenix
(We weren’t so lucky at the Jagdhof. Room far away on the first floor without a lift, as was the food. Massage didn’t work out back then either, since the appointment was such that we would have had to do without a day of swimming. That was for Of course, it was unbearable for us. There was also no alternative date or reduced price.. the food there was delicious but mostly empty if you didn't line up 10 minutes before the start... no matter if it was early or evening. But think about it there probably the crowd of people.
That doesn't exist here in the Phoenix. Everything is filled there.
