The shower was very cramped, making it difficult to get in, the hairdryer only worked intermittently, and the television was set for the visually impaired. The bathroom on the 4th floor was okay. Staff were rarely present. On the day of departure, the elevator was broken, which seems to happen quite often. Again, aside from the comment, "It's not our fault," no assistance was offered, so despite our mobility issues, we had to carry our luggage down from the 4th floor ourselves. Even people with walkers received no help. The service is a disaster. The only advantages were the parking at the hotel and its location directly on the pedestrian zone.

Despite its location on the shopping street, the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was varied and catered to every taste. The staff was very friendly.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to cater to our needs, which we really appreciate these days. We felt very comfortable here. We lacked nothing. Delicious breakfast, a great location, and overall excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I loved everything. Clean rooms, clean bathroom everything is cleaned daily. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of rolls and scrambled eggs. Very attentive staff. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and always tried to please everyone. The location of the hotel is highly recommended due to its central location, whether young or old. We would love to spend our vacation there again.

After something went wrong with a booking at another hotel, we got a very comfortable double room on the spur of the moment. Furniture partly a bit old-fashioned but everything was clean and intact. Flexible check-in and check-out was possible and we were able to leave our luggage there for longer on the day of departure.
