Such an amazing old castle in the middle of Schaumburg County Germany. It was great to take so many pictures as I am from Schaumburg IL. Which was founded by German people from Schaumburg Germany!!! Check out my pics, they're pretty impressive!!!

The staff are lovely and the location is great
The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one.
The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink.
There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am.
The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am which is not acceptable in this day and age. We had to leave without eating.

We recently were hosted here by Dr Schutz Company during a training session. As a hotelier, not only was this a very pleasant surprise in a most scenic location - everything was absolutely superb - from the food to the service, well-appointed rooms - and would love to explore more during the summer season. A true hidden treasure. Well done to the team - and long may this association with Dr Schutz last.

Amazing food! We just had a 3 course meal. Every dish was fantastic. The best food we ever had and we ate all over the world.

Great room, breakfast and great food in the restaurant. There are a lot of routes you can explore nearby and the staff is very friendly. We had a pleasant stay here.

My absolutely favorite restaurant in my home region. Cooking with phantasy and ideas - quality of food and preparation excellent, all stuff from the trainees and service stuff, to the owners is almost very friendly and helpful.

Great restaurant! We have been here now three times and the food is excellent! A real pleasure to enjoy dinner here. The restaurant is located opposite the Schaumburg Castle.
