Spa-Hotels in Bad Zwischenahn

A very impersonal hotel with a lack of atmosphere; there are much better places to feel comfortable. The service also leaves much to be desired, with quite long waiting times, especially at dinner. All in all, one visit is enough. I won't be returning.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is pretty big and I believe always pretty booked, but have to admit that you do not feel this. The room was very nice and modern decorated. Breakfast in the hotel is just wonderful, staff is very friendly and really wants to make your stay nice. Beautiful hotel with exceptional service at a good price. The spa and pools are extensive and offer true relaxation. Restaurant four courses priced decent with their own homemade wine, which tastes fresh and easy. Decent size apartments and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very, very good meat and a super cozy as well as pretty resturant. The service was also really good, and our waitress was good at taking care of our gluten free needs.

We have had a family vacation here since 2015. It is nice to see the same faces and also new ones every year. The loyalty of the employees is a good sign for Jagdhaus Eiden as an employer. This hotel is perfect for a vacation with small children, the water in the indoor pool is 29C, the outdoor pool and whirlpool is also nice for children. Restaurant uses high-tech robots to help distribute the dishes...

A very nice water side hotel which is convenient to restaurants and shops.

could be better nicely located hotel, too bad the pool (high season!?) didn't work. Air conditioning in the rooms would be handy, it was very warm on the sunny side.

SEA Site room 217 with our dog was perfect. Renovated bathroom, much better than 217 landsiteroom . Nice friendly service. Great sauna.

Cold shower! There was only cold water in the bathroom (including the shower) both days we were there. That's too bad! Otherwise we were very happy.

Place is clean. Well located next to lake and part of a small, cozy village. Rooms and decour is not updated and a bir worn out. Spa area is average. One of the saunas did not work. Tried a hot stone massage, which was nice. Breakfast is slightly boring selection. No pastry or pancakes. Friendly staff. We came as a family of four with two teenagers. We saw no other guest aged below 50 years...

Excellent service, very good food, quiet, picturesque area. A guest terrace overlooking the lake adds charm.

The location by the lake is truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. However, for a 4-star hotel I found the services a bit lacking, and the rooms could benefit from some updates. Overall, the value for money was not quite satisfactory.

Nice place to relax We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room. Instead there are some 'refreshment stations' placed in the corridor which work on an honesty system. Whatever you take you keep a note of and then declare it at checkout (I think). Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting.

Great hotel. Friendly with dogs 🐕 😊. Nice area for dog walk along the lake. Breakfast was also Vegan friendly. Tell them beforehand and they will bring out vegan entries for your morning breakfast. And finally, great spa area with sauna, Finish sauna (super humid) and steam room.

The hotel and is nice and clean. We had to checkout day early because of change of plan. Hotel staff told us they will provide full refund for 1 night. After checking out early we were told hotel didn't approve the refund.

Easy to find, warm welcome and clean room but had to go out for dinner as the restaurant was not open (Monday night?). Spacious enough room with a balcony so fine for a night's sleep, but fairly Spartan breakfast.

Clean and neat hotel, and the reception was very welcoming

What a wonderful little gem! Our comfort suite was huge, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. All the employees were very friendly and breakfast had a perfect selection of fresh goodies. Special kudos to the lady serving the breakfast room: the second day she didn't even ask if we wanted coffee, she just brought out a can. These are the small personal touches that make a stay special...

How soon can we go back Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production. Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded. We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun. We will be back

Loved it. Entrance shows chocolate, reception chocolate, foyer chocolate, during dinner chocolate, in the bar chocolate etcetera. So nice. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. We should really go back there again. Great.

A lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - ate breakfast (great buffet and variety) and fabulous lunch too. Staff was very good. Only negative was the WiFi was weak. In this day and age that was disappointing. Overall highly recommend.

Nice hotel, great location I liked this hotel a lot but the sun was shining, I'm not sure there were many in-hotel facilities if it had rained though but it didn't so all was good. Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also...

Service and the room very good

The large room with a view over the lake makes it easy to enjoy Bad Zwischenahn. The hotel is well-situated asnd is a good starting point for a walk along the lake. The city centre is just around the corner, with its Christmas market, holds various places for a coffee break. I liked it.

We have no pets but we saw guests with pets

The breakfast was really good, the personnel was very helpfull and friendly. Felt like a family hotel, but with the amenities of a larger hotel chain.

Received well, and the staff could easily switch rooms for us as we have two small children. Really care for children in this hotel with a kitchenette and a room to play inside when the weather is not great.
